I absolutely do not like cricket. I bought a phone on line and when I tried to call to get the phone activated they tried to make me pay a bill of 58.58, when I already payed that bill when ordering my new phone. It took about 30-45 mins to activate my phone and they made me get a new number. I don't understand the process of getting a new phone and having to pay to keep your old number with your new phone. If you are already a cricket customer you shouldn't have to pay to keep your old number if you are already in the computer. I am planning on going with a different network.. maybe SPRINT

i have been with cricket since they came to baltimore. i love them i pay 60.00 a month for unlimited everything and my warantee i have had a problem only one time with my phone and thats because i dropped it but i went to my local corporate store and for 20.00 i recieved a brand new phone. the oonly thing i dont like is theyy dont have a phone upgrade you pay flat out the price of the phone. if they fix that and give a discount for phone up grades they would get a perfect 10

Cricket's Unlimited Plan for android phones = is $55.00 a month - Unlike AT&T -there's no contract - unlimited 411 calls, text, talk, internet/data, even calls to BC Canada from So Calif were free !! The coverage is excellent, very rarely drops calls... the customer service is poor via 800=CRICKET-but, go to the Cricket Corporate Retail Store in your area, and the service, knowledge and support is there. There's many Independent Cricket Dealers that aren't going to give that same level of service/support, or who will be able to port your contacts, and solve your issues, like a CricketCorporate Store will. My only gripe is the call quality....accprding to my contacts, the sound of my voice is muffled - but, I think it may be the Samsung Transfix phone, not Cricket's network.I recently bought an AppleS4 Phone and wireless plan from AT&T. .. I wanted better call quality and all that Apple flash. However, the AT&T plan, requires at least $100,00 a mo-and even tho it's named unlimited.. a data pkg, a text pkg, any 411 calls, plus...calls to BC Canada, which requires another pkg, all cost extra and are not all unlmited...except talk. The Apple isnt all that more flash than the Cricket Androids..Plus, immediately, I was pounced on by AT&T to purchase more pkgs, like UVerse...and they actually signed me up without my authorization for a UVerse install, which I had to waste my day cancelling,then the AT&T telemarketing stalker dept began calling my home phone, emailing and BUGGING ME...I had to say NO at least 6 times to pushy marketing tactics... In summary, I'm returning that Apple phone, and cancelling the wireless contract to the invasive, overpriced, mega monster AT&T.. and stick with the small, competetively priced, and better choice, CRICKET WIRELESS, who actually means unlimited, when they say UNLIMITED ! and they don't BUG ME!

My ZTE phone had problems from the beginning. It took 4 calls to get it activated properly. I've wasted countless minutes trying to get help from their ridiculous excuse for a technical support department, as well as the manufacturer. I even took my phone back to the store from which I purchased it and none of them could fix it. First, the touchscreen stopped responding. The music search was a joke. Then it automatically went into silent mode every time it went into sleep mode, and now it will neither send nor receive texts from anyone, except my phone itself. I am disgusted and frustrated with this sham of a company and would never recommend it to anyone. It truly is a waste of time and your hard-earned money.
