Verizon customer service sucks. It's horrible. You want something done? Get in your car and go to a Verizon store!!! Horrible! As for connections they are the best...
I have a businesss that requires a lot of tech use and straight talk is amazing. Daniel the supervisor in the billing department is amazing knowledgeable understanding and professional. Thank you straight talk
The iPhone XR is a great phone for anyone looking for an affordable and reliable phone. Currently it's $600 dollars and the value can go down as far as $300 by trading in your old phone. It has the latest technologies that the iPhone 11 holds in possession. It has a very sleek design and long lasting battery life that'll last you all day. It's a fast phone with 64GB of space and it's great when working with CPU intensive applications. The camera is spectacular shooting in depth photos and can record up to 4K 60fps.
The workers were really friendly and they treated me so well and were able to help solve my problems.
Found mine at Walmart bundled in a total wireless data package. $35-$40. For the price range the orbit is probably the best option available. Fast loading, fast swiping, smooth screen casting via the built in screen mirror option, chromecast, but my favorite way is through the app "web video cast". The system settings menu is packed full of options that I find more useful than any other galaxy phone I've played with or owned. The 5" screen is enjoyable, brightness setting gets very bright and very dim, and the glass goes all the way to the edges so get a good case. Its a very thin and smooth phone, therefore a challenge to navigate single handed while tired. Mine is still working after countless drops but I'm missing chunks of the screen glass. Cannot find replacement glass ANYWHERE! The home button stopped working 2 weeks after coffee creamer snuck into the seam. There are not as many permanent bloatware apps as i thought there would be. Most can be disabled or removed. If your a broke ass mofo with lots of tech skills and looking for a cheap phone with lots of developer options and modern features then to you I recommend the j3 orbit with a case.
I want to give a huge shout out to Shelby at the store in Tooele. She went way way above and beyond to help my daughter and I. This woman is so so awesome. She deserves credit and a raise. She was very friendly, and understandable with our situation. She called Customer Service for us which gave her the run around over and over again. Poor woman... I highly recommend Shelby for her customer service. Also the gentleman there to help her also went way way above and beyond to help. They both deserve awards for the bull crap customer service put them through.
This is the first time at this store I usually go to the large corporate store but it takes to long. The employee Keyaree and store manager Drake helped me purchase a new phone for my son. We upgraded to the new XR buy one get one free. These two were very nice, helpful, fun and professional. However, Verizon customer service is not very effective. There was a problem after the purchase trying to get my phone number back to my phone from the hotspot, which they said they do all the time. The store manager had just left and Keyaree was finishing up the sale. We were on hold with Verizon to handle this for over an hour and then didn't get the right help. I was there from 5p to 9p. We had to call Verizon customer service again and finally were able to get my number back but I could not get calls in or out. The representative couldn't help us figure it out and said he would call the store tomorrow. I felt bad for Keyaree since they closed at 8p and he had to go to another job. He was very apologetic. I came back the next day at the assigned time and no call came. We finally got this resolved but it was the worst experience purchasing a phone with Verizon after 22 years of being a customer. Verizon needs to have a special phone line for their store agents to call to finalize the sales and for help. Making them wait on the phone for over an hour with the customer is ridiculous! These employess did call me to make sure everything was working for me which meant a lot. They did a great job as salesmen but Verizon needs to improve the process. I would hire these employees and recommend this store but Verizon should know this 5 star review is for this store and their employees only. I give Verizon 1 star!
I really don't understand why people spend so much money on the latest and "greatest" IPhones, GALAXYS and pretty much all other phones that cost more than $100-$150?! Especially when you can spend at most $60 on a phone like this, an LG Phoenix 4, which pretty much does 90-95% of the things those other "flagship" phones do! So I imagine people are understandably stunned when they discover that those supposed far superior devices hardly reflect the few advantages they do actually have, despite their astronomical price points that likely make consumers believe they're technologically light years ahead of phones like this. Now, of course those top tier phones are slightly more smooth, maybe a tad faster (although in most cases the average person would rarely notice let alone care,) and the most baffling thing to me is the people who design these high-end phones seem to think people need or want enough memory to download the entire internet?! I mean, how many people even come close to eclipsing 8mgs let alone 16, which is what this has, do most people get? So, if all that doesn't justify the outlandish prices, maybe the reason people waste money on these ridiculous expensive phones, is to make absolutely certain everyone sees and envies them for the affluent, tech savvy, "cutting edge," and amazing people they obviously think they are? I mean, talk about future rulers of the world! Wow! How cool must you be to lug around a phone so obnoxiously large, that a satchel and possibly a mule, is necessary just to lug their tombstone lightbright around?! I bet in the early 90's, they just couldn't wait for the day to come when they could finally enjoy the convenience of taking their "little" Macintosh II's everywhere they went! Real talk though, I wish I had a phone made with such quality by those Chinese, slightly underage laborers. I also wish I bought stock in Apple years ago on account of their savvy business tactics, I mean it's just plain good business to not pay Chinese workers a fair living wage when they're forced to work 18 hours a day in appalling conditions for a few grains of rice an hour! Plus, who could blame Apple when they never even know who or how many slackers will even show up to work each day? They need to be more reliable, stop complaining like the children they actually are and stop committing suicide! They're lucky they got a job! As matter of fact, Apple should charge the workers to work for them! Especially if they don't quit ditching work because the poor babies are killing themselves! Apple needs all the child labor they can get. Otherwise they won't be able to muster up the audacity needed to sell the public a thousand dollar plus new model and still take in over a thousand percent in profits! Which of course is totally understandable because the new Apple IPhone models are always so much more superior than their previous model that they just sell like hot cakes to the same consumers who obviously want the new and improved Apple IPhone with all the new features...like... ummm... new color varieties and an amazing new humongous screen that's a whole millimeter bigger than the previous model! Those are must have! Definitely way different phones from model to model!
We started using Republic Wireless about 4 years ago, when they were the first or among the first to pioneer wifi driven MVNO plans. We started with just a phone for my husband, with an incredible $15 monthly plan. We were so impressed I signed on a few months later. I love Republic Wireless because the price is incredible and the service is great. My cell reception and connectivity is the same as other people paying their networks $60+ a month. We save about a thousand dollars a year compared to what we would pay on a major network for two lines with data. We have been so happy and positive we have converted most of our family and several friends to switch over. They've all been happy and stayed on with Republic as well. I've only need to contact Republic support twice in the 4 years we've had our two phones, both times my problem or question was immediately resolved.
Dani and Stephanie at location 5150 W Belmont have superb customer service skills. Dani helped me pick the perfect phone with all the accessories and good deals. Stephanie checked me out and backed up all my pictures and walked me through anything I had a question about. These two together make a awesome team keep up the good work and I will refer other people to your store.
WENT INTO THE E WIRELESS BOOST STORE AT 10828 VENICE BLVD AND WAS HELPED FOR LIKE2HRS SORTING THINGS OUT AFTER BUYING MY UPGRADED IPHONE TODAY. MAKING THE MISTAKE NOT HAVING EXPERIENCE BACKING EVERYTHING UP IN THE CLOUD, IT WAS QUITE THE TASK AND EVELYN DID AN AMAZING JOB!
Over the past 10 years with Sprint, I have been less than pleased with their customer svc department when it comes to anything above remedial, basic questions or cust needs. Over the past few years, since relocating to the midwest, their service has been very bad in the past few areas where I have lived. However this review isn't about that. This review is in regards to one individual within the Sprint finance dept, Akkeria. Since Sprint doesn't have a place I can find to leave a review (wonder why?), I wanted to give credit where it's due. If you ever have to deal with Sprint's finance dept, hope you get Akkeria. I would like to acknowledge complete professionalism from an agent in the Sprint Finance Dept named, Akkeria. When other agents in her dept would leave me on hold for 20 minutes and even hang up on me after calling back, I gratefully was able to get Akkeria on the line and she took the time to listen to my concern and do everything within her power to try and generate a resolve. Normally, incompetence and apathy (such as what I experienced with the previous two agents) are generally the status quo that I've experienced from many numerous depts of large companies like Sprint (and including Sprint). Departments that should be focused on resolve and customer satisfaction are at best only "pretending" to solve any real issues from a script that doesn't cover the problem at all or at worst, just place you on hold until you get tired of waiting and hang up. And lets not forget my recent and previous experience today, before Akkeria, when both a 20 minute wait and a hang up that occurred before I had to call back for a 3rd time! Akkeria is an agent that stands out from the rest and I only wish Sprint and other companies like Sprint would look to hire and train more people like her!
In this day of constant robo calls, I find it poor service that Verizon charges for the Caller id app while AT&T offers their Mobile Security and Caller Protect app (basic app) free of charge!
I had a great customer Service Supervisor named NOEL who helped me and he went above and way beyond what I ever expected him to do and he was just Awesome! Thanks for your Help!!!

I've had AT&T and Verizon, but none have had customer service as good as this. You get connected to a REAL person. They fix your issue with ease and they don't try to sell you any bull that you don't need. There's no contract and a great price! I don't know why I didn't switch earlier. Thank you Tello.
Absolutely happy with the way the lady helped me out, very patient and nice to me. Great job Gabriela Sanchez
after being with AT&T for thirty years it is a delight to speak to reps from T Mobile. Assisted with any question or problems and was given a 4G LTE Cell Spot also known as a "Microcell" for free immediately after asking. AT&T refused this after owning two that went bad and were not used anymore due to being "obsolete". Good-by $400.00. I am also paying 50.00 per month less for three phones now with unlimited service as compared with 6Gb
I got my S8 last year. The reception has only been marked low as it is the area I am in and not the phone. I cannot mark the apps brilliantly as I am not very techno so don't use to its full potential. I have always liked Samsung phones but this one's camera is fantastic. I, unfortunately, became ill at the beginning of the year and am not working due to my health. The camera on this phone takes amazing pictures and I post daily on Instagram. It is my lifeline to the outside world and is helping me as I make myself go out and look around for pictures I can take. I would recommend the phone to anyone as its easy to use and the quality is fab. I would be lost without it. Keep up the good work Samsung. I do hope though at the moment the lifespan is good on this phone. Sorry it's not an in-depth review just needed to share my experience of the phone.
