been with boost over 15 years and won't be with them soon.... don't ever buy a phone on the payment plan and the insurance they use is a joke, if you damage anything it is not really covered they charge you and then send you a used piece of junk and expect it to be ok...... bye bye boost

Nothing but regrets switching companies paying more and getting horrible service my calls drop people cannot get in contact with me because my phone doesn't ring and I work with a business and when I'm on dispatch I don't receive the calls the internet stops working very frequently don't know if it's the phone or service itself but just as frequently I have to exit out of what I'm doing and open whatever app I was using countless times it said that I was offline and I wasn't the moment I am able to I'm switching back

Please don’t sign up for this company unless you like to waste money 65p daily standing charge, since I’ve been with them I’ve had to top up an extra £10 a week now I’ve told I want to leave it’s like an extra £15- £20 a week this company is not for the average family home.

Boost mobile is garbage. I was with this company for 8 years and October 1st the day I paid my bill my phone stopped connecting to cellular towers. The I went to the Apple store on October 3rd to see what they could do and it was a problem with the phone but I was looking to upgrade anyway. I purchased a new IPhone 11 and boost refused to activate it because I did not buy it from them. But they wanted $830 and they were going to charge me an activation fee of $55 on top of that when I was already with their services? Please tell me that that sounds crazy to everyone else too. Apple traded my IPhone 7 in for the 11 at $600, and T-Mobile activated me for free and had my phone working within an hour. I have called boost 5 times, the 3rd, 4th, 6th, 8th, and 13th of October about refunding my bill and every single time they straight up lie to me. They tell me I will get a conformation email, which I NEVER have gotten, they have YET to refund me, and every time try to convince me to switch back to them even though I already have a phone with a different provider and make up another excuse why they can’t refund me for an entire month of service that I am not using and didn’t even use at all. Aside from that, I hardly had good service anywhere and even the high speed data was slow everywhere, once the high speed ran out my phone was basically a brick and would take like an hour to load one thing( I wish this was a joke ). I wouldn’t recommend them to my enemy.
