Nice idea. We liked the notion of supporting a company that gives back. Creedo was recommended to us by the Sierra Club. I am sorry to report that this was the Sierra Club's first bad recommendation. Even though we liked this idea a phone company has to at least provide phone service with a minimum amount of customer service. Creedo customer service is deplorable. I mean almost as bad as Comcast. It always amazes me when a PHONE company has an automated phone system that doesn't work. I mean, you are a phone company? Unfortunately when you finally stumbled through the insipid phone system the customer service representatives were almost as bad. Routinely uninformed and consistently unable to assist even with the simplest of issues. Want to increase data plan? You have to pay a deposit above the increased data plan cost in advance which is credited back to you 60 days later? What? System limitations I was told. Want to change your billing cycle date? Simple right? No, this is randomly assigned based on your sign up date. The system doesn't allow changes. Is Creedo managing their computer system or vice versa? It was clear to us that the tail is wagging the dog here. These are just 2 examples of customer service that simply was never service at all. We quit. Intolerable customer service. Inflexible phone service. The charitable donations are much smaller than expected too. No, we have moved our service, saved money and will make our own charitable donations with what we saved to the charities we choose. Don't try Creedo. You will also be disappointed.
