One month after Android devices got a nifty new Night Mode for Twitter, it’s time for iOS to get the same feature.
The official Twitter app for iOS now includes a Night Mode. Just like on Android, toggling Night Mode on will turn the app’s background dark, making it easier to use Twitter at night compared to the blinding white light found on the normal mode.
To toggle Night Mode on iOS, you’ve got to go to your “Me” tab, then hit the gear next to your profile picture. You’ll see a button that says “Turn on night mode.”
The iOS version of Night Mode doesn’t appear to be any different than the Android version. If you use Twitter on your iPhone at night, though, it should make browsing your feed a much more comfortable experience.
