The HTC One max is a neglected member of the HTC One family, not getting nearly as much attention as its One (M7) and One (M8) siblings. Today the One max is getting some time in the spotlight, though, because the Verizon version of the giganto-phone is getting a significant update.
The Verizon-flavored HTC One max is now receiving an update to software build 3.09.605.2 that includes a bump up to HTC Sense 6. The bump up to Sense 6 brings with it improvements to BlinkFeed, UI design, the Camera and Gallery UIs, the home screen and more.
HTC BLINKFEED
- Add content' and 'Remove content' options are available

- Features a redesigned user interface that offers:

CUSTOMIZABLE FONTS
- Choose from three preinstalled fonts
- Additional font choices available in Play Store
- Go to Settings > Display, gestures & buttons > Font style
ISSUES HAVE BEEN RESOLVED
- Fixed occasional failure of ISIS Wallet payment after software update
- Biometric Fingerprint scan option now greyed out under quick settings after EAS setup that requires device lock policy
- Spell check/auto correct issues when texting have been fixed
- Resolution for the device not able to power ON in rare scenarios
- Resolution for Hotspot password change after FOTA
