Since its debut on Verizon earlier this year, the Nokia Lumia 928 has been available in either a full black model or a version with a black front and white backside. Hopefully you Windows Phone fans on Verizon like those color options, because a new leak has shown that the upcoming Lumia 929 will likely be sold the same way.
A new pair of renders showing the white Nokia Lumia 929 have made their way online, showing a large Windows Phone 8 device with a white rear cover and a black front panel. Posted by @evleaks, the white Lumia 929 shown in this latest leak looks fairly similar to the units we've seen in previous images, including an "in the wild" photo that gave us our first glimpse at the device.
Spec details for the Lumia 929 are still fairly light, but we can see in these leaked images that it'll come to market with a 20-megapixel PureView camera, 4G LTE connectivity and a 1080p display of unknown size.
So far the 929 is shaping up to be a nice improvement to the Lumia 928 that ought to please the Windows Phone crowd on Verizon, especially since there haven't been any new Live Tile-toting smartphones hitting Big Red's shelves since the 928 launched in mid-May. A recent rumor suggested that the Lumia 929 could launch as soon as Nov. 6, though, so it may not be long before Verizon's Windows Phone drought is broken.
