Another major update is now rolling out to the NVIDIA Shield TV.
The NVIDIA Shield TV is now getting an update to Android 9.0 Pie. Along with a redesigned Settings menu and a streamlined setup for new users, this update brings improvements like volume dynamic range for USB and Bluetooth headsets, IR power control options to customize on/off functionality, the option to turn off USB power when the Shield TV goes to sleep, and more.
Hulu Live TV is also coming to NVIDIA's Shield TV, with a rollout expected to be completed in the coming weeks. The update brings support for high-quality surround sound on Netflix, too, along with 4K Cast for Shield on Prime Video, a refreshed UI for Twitch, and more GeForce NOW games.
