Screw this companie a bunch of liars

Thank You Verizon so much for being the most horrible company I have ever had the pleasure of being screwed over by. Not only did one of your EMPLOYEES LIE to me about a service, not only was a confirmation email sent to me THAT WENT UN ANSWERED which in logical course of action would mean I did not want your service, but you had the audacity to send me bills, which I had no business receiving because I had been told that I was being given a free trial for 30 days when I had to take it upon my self to unplug all of your gadgets from my house because customer service refused to answer the phone. Verizon is by FAR the WORST company i have ever dealt with, and has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will gladly tell everyone i know to never use this company again if they want to be treated with respect. MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Ihpone DATA Overages

August 2013, I contacted Verizon about my Data usage, and in December 2013, they still can't take care of it, saying they can't do anything about the charges. This is like taking your car to the shop and they have you try different things and when they don't work you still get charged for them. Poor people skills in their customer service.

I have had Verizon for over eleven years. Dec 13, 2013 my very last contract with the will be up. I H A T E this company. They really do need to be investigated. Customer service is so bad. I would literally cringe when I had to call them for anything. I cannot wait until I no longer have to do business with them.

Knowledge between store and on the phone customer service

I called the Customer Service number to ask about my Military discount I had when I was active in the Army, cause I just got a letter saying FINAL notice when it was my only notice I received 2days before my military discount was at the end of it's time period to renew. The person on phone that deals with all the discounts said I could go to any store were they can do it or I could upload a pic of my Veterans I.D. from my phone. So I tried from my phone but it said the page was down so I went to the closest store and was told that Customer Service doesn't know what they are talking about and I have to have my DD214. So I wasted my whole lunch hour for crap that I called to stay away from. I have other rants and raves about the service my phone has. I had great reception in my house before Verizon bought out Altell, now after they bought them, my reception is shit at my house cause they are now using the cheap crap towers Altell had instead of they original towers that gave them the best reception.

Useless Company that does not care about their customers!!

I have grown to loath Verizon Wireless and every contact I have with them confirms that all they care about is the money they make off their customers. I have been a customer for 15 years and recently a salesman talked me into the $19.95 a month land line. I had it for a few months and then switched to charter. Come to find out there was a two year contract that he failed to tell me about. Yes, shame on me for not reading the fine print. I went into the store and spoke to the manager and he essentially accused me of lying to get out of paying the penalty. Really? Not everyone has the corrupt values of Verizon Wireless. Useless useless useless. I hope people start dumping them as a company because the only thing that will make them start being more consumer friendly is if their profits start to decline.

Hide fees

For a 3 Mbps I was getting charged $76 a month. They tell you you will be paying no more than $50, but once you get the bill you get all these hidden Fees. Is just another scam. Not to add, that if your service is not working, they will have you pay the Technician another $50+ bill. So you will have to pay to get fix a service you already paying for.

Needed to upgrade because of eye problems

I stopped into a Verizon company store to ask about an upgrade..I was told rudely the sales associate in the West Lebanon NH store that I was not eligible and that she could not help us further. I called customer service and explained what had happened...and again was told no upgrade...however as requested by us a supervisor would call us that day. Needless to say 48 hours later, I called again, explaining I was still waiting for a call....the Verizon person put me on hold, and came back and told me that we were eligible for an upgrade.....The cost would be $299 for the phone and payment in advance of an activation fee and taxes. When reviewing the contract, I discovered that she was charging me $699 for the phone. Needless to say, I cancelled the transaction....perhaps I am better off going to another carrier and starting new again. My advice, Verizon is not consumer friendly.

V-WIRELESS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY

THEY SUCK I TRIED TO GET SERVICE WITH THEM AND THEY SAID I WAS A HIGH RISK FOR FRAUD I HAVE NEVER NOT PAYED MY PHONE BILL WITH ANY COMPANY HAD NEVER BEEN WITH THEM BEFORE SO HOW COULD I BE A RISK FOR FRAUD I WENT TO AT&T AND HAD NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER V-WIRELESS SYSTEM IS ALL MESSED UP THEY OVER RUN YOUR APPLICATIONS THEM LOCK U OUT LIKE YOU HAVE DONE SOMETHING WRONG I WOULD'NT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY DOG

Verizon customer for nearly 10 years.

Never had a problem with billing. No real big problems with service, text, data, - have had about 5 instances of dropped calls in one area in my state. Navigator on Verizon has disconnected a few times in remote areas. They've been helpful in tough financial times when I needed to postpone a payment. Customer service postponed payment and did not cancel my service. Person I spoke to was courteous and helpful. ONLY issue is COST. I want to downgrade my monthly bill from 80 bucks to around 45. May have to leave Verizon - but it's going to be VERY HARD.
