I HATE VERIZON

I have dealt with my fair share of rude people but Verizon has given me my biggest problems. They over charge you. I am constantly dealing with being charged for things I didn't even do. I had to call and complain one time cause they charged me overseas roaming charges from china. WTF. I have never left this country let alone went to china. I have had very rude customer service people, but I also have had nice ones. I have also had a rude customer service girl hang up on me. I am a receptionist and I deal with rude customers on a daily basis, but it is my job to be courteous to them and treat them with respect even when they are rude to me. They over charge for ridiculous crap and their phone insurance (asurion) is about as stupid as they are. I am so done with VERIZON. I will never renew a contract with them ever again.

The manager in this store is rude like hell.only if he sees a beautiful woman he's a dog right away give all she needs.I really feel that this man in this location is a dick just because I'm an older woman I need to wait and as soon someone younger get into the store he give all the time and she's finish first than me I 'm very disappointing.

Adios Verizon

Was a customer for years. Have been watching ads and seeing lots of promotions. We have been paying too much for our dumbphones and asked for a break or a price match from another company on a smartphone. They pretty much let me know how much they valued me as a customer and refused to do either. I will let you know how Sprint is.

I have always billing problems!

The company's billing is very high and when they charge extra their explanation is confusing and they never send the bill at home the customer service people seen to be answering from a script they dont do much to help their customers I think is because I am under a contract. I think I can find a company at a better cost and the same service some where else most of my friends pay less than I do.

Verizon Spends 120 Billion and sticks it to customers

I have been with verizon for 6 years. Had issues with phones billing. All taken care of within a single phone call. Now they spend 120 Billion to get into the European Market. All the sudden they cant approve a re rate from a mistake there customer service rep made. No surprise. I was told that for 50 dollars I could get unlimited calling on all my 4 phones. I look at the bill and its 50 dollars per phone. They seem to think had I known it was per line I would have agreed to that. Crazy 500 a month for unlimited talk, text and data (for only 2 phones). I can go to Walmart right now and buy a verizon prepaid and get unlimited talk text and date for 50 a month. But under contract you dont get all that and its 65.00 per phone. I wish I had a choice. every phone company has there issues and signal isnt one of verizons which I need. Hate em

Verizon doesn't share important details

I had a good experience with Verizon for 4 years on my parents plan, so after getting married my husband and I signed a 2 year contract. My old phone was still in good condition, so I waited to take my upgrade for 8 months. When I upgraded, Verizon extended my contract for 8 months without telling me. They also started charging $30 per phone activation. Meanwhile my husband asked around about phone contracts and realized that we are paying almost as much for a dumb phone voice/texting contract as most people pay for a smart phone contract ($110/month). I called to see if there were any cheaper plans and they checked our usage and put me on a loyalty plan ($70/month). They failed to mention I would no longer have free nights and weekends. I found that out the hard way ($20 in overage charges). Needless to say, once my contract is over, I'm changing providers. Verizon never lied to me outright, but they sure omitted key pieces of information.

F U VERIZON, do not ever take verizon.. price is high internet slow and some black guy came to put verizon and didn't finish his job ... and he looked everywhere like some theif , inside my dressers my closet and inside my nightstand...wtf u looking over there? I moved and i wanted to take optimum again but optimum not serve in my area :( Take optimum they have freaking awesome HD picture, and you don't need to pay more to get HD like you have to verizon... internet is more faster than verizon with verizon internet i can't watch movies i can't do anything, tv channels gone sometimes because they have some problem... and i pay more than $100 WTFF ??? PEOPLE TAKE OPTIMUM, PRICE IS CHEAP AND TE BEST !

This company is the worst cell phone company for service

I was treated rudely by customer support. The promises and service are lies. Promised call backs for problems with billing and never called me back. Watch your bills this company adds things on your phone without any permission.

Watch Out For Surprise Charges

I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for YEARS and I pay my bill on time every month. And what thanks do I get? Surprise charges added to my bill that I must search EVERY bill for and call to have removed. Until now they've removed them, now they refuse to remove $95.94 in charges I did NOT request and can prove I did not use.
