Verizon customers may be feeling a tad left out seeing as how their carrier is the only one of the big four that has yet to officially announce plans to offer one of RIM's new BlackBerry 7-powered smartphones, but rest assured, folks, they're coming. We've already gotten a couple of early peeks at Big Red's version of the 9930, and now our friends over at CrackBerry have gotten word that Verizon employees will soon be hard at work learning the ins and outs of the new touch-enabled Bold and BlackBerry 7. As you can see above, the PlayBook is also present on the training page. What's not on the page, though, is any mention of when either device will be launching.
Considering that Verizon's launched a number of high-profile BlackBerrys over the years, it makes sense that Big Red would be saving a place on its shelves for the 9930 shelves. We haven't heard if the 9850 will also be coming to Verizon, but since Sprint is planning to release the all-new Torch later this fall, it wouldn't be a surprise to see the device head to Verizon as well. The question is, do any of you Big Red customers plan on picking up any of RIM's new devices?
