Now that we know when the BlackBerry Bold 9900 could finally be making its way to T-Mobile, the question that's been on most minds is "How much is the thing going to cost?" If an image sent to our pals over at TmoNews is to be believed, the 9900 could be priced at $299.99 with a two-year contract and a $50 mail-in rebate. Meanwhile, those of you that prefer the contract-free route may be looking at a $599.99 price tag for the device formerly known as Dakota. This newly-leaked document also supports the 9900's August 31st launch date rumor.
Certainly that $300 on-contract price (if it's the real deal) could seem a bit steep to some, but the BlackBerry faithful that are looking forward to the end of the 'Berry drought on T-Mobile may be willing to pay that much and more for the 14.4Mbps-capable Bold 9900. If indeed the 9900 is landing on T-Mobile's shelves on the 31st, we should hear official word on pricing and availability from the folks in Magenta in the next couple of weeks, so be sure to keep it locked to PhoneDog for more.
