The good: Reasonable rates
The bad: Spotty local coverage , poor indoor coverage, no way to view call record online , can't disable text messaging
Summary: I have T-mobile TOGO for one teenager and it is Ok but I would like to be able to view the call record online ( you can on regular T-Mobile postpaid )and completely disabel text messaging . BTW - Virginmobile USA lets you you view the call record online .
The good: Their coverage is just flat out better than everything else available. I travel all over Indiana, and not one of the other carriers come even close to working in as many areas. Most of their store advisors are awesome (I have found a few bad reps at every company I have had service with)
The bad: Some of their stuff costs a little more than what other carriers charge, but the other carriers phones haven't worked where I needed them.
Summary: Centennial is awesome. I looked at a lot of factors when picking service; phones, rate plans, brand name recognition, etc. None of it is as important as having a phone that works.
The good: This phone is the cutest phone in the world! It also has a full keyboard which is great for anyone who loves to text! It has two screens which comes in handy. This is a great phone!
The bad: This phone is not great for people who need a phone for a business. It is not a smart phone. It does not have music on it.
Summary: This is a great phone for teens and people who love to text. It has two screens and has a full keyboard. It is not a great phone for business though. This phone is awesome!
The good: Customer Service Reps always worked with me on any issues and found a way to make it alright.
The bad: I was told that the past few weeks the 'usage agreement' they had for cell towers belonging to other companies ended. Service declined from having 5-6 bars down to 1-3. Many dropped calls. Conversations sound as if talking through running fan blades. Is it Short Term?? We can only hope.

Summary: I started with AT&T many years ago, became disillusioned, closed account and signed up with PacBell... which became Cingular... then AT&T! ARRRRGH!

There were many, many great years until AT&T came into this picture. Connection quality decreased inch by inch over a long span of time although it was still acceptable until most recently. I called the Cust Svc Rep @ 611 and the call failed 3 times! This past 2 to 3 weeks I have had almost 30 dropped calls and those that didn't fail sounded like they were talking through a fan so we had to speak very slowly and often repeated ourselves.

I came to this site to review other companies.. Verizon in particular and after reading those reviews I see they are also falling from grace... besides I have 1800 rollover minutes to use up so a few dropped calls may be frustrating (if short term) but also frugal.... and they comp'ed half of my latest bill for the inconvenience if I have to use my landline!

I must say that I do hold some sense of allegience with them since this past December when my brother went into a coma for a full month then we lost him. I called to check minutes and they gave us a kitty of 1000 minutes for all 3 family plan phones to share as we had already used our rollovers with family and friends not with their company... then they wiped clean ALL overages for that month and the next month. When it was all said and done... they replenished our rollover with a brand new 1000 minutes.

KUDO's Customer Service.... I'm gonna hold on for the ride a bit longer. By the way.. I'm NOT under a contract either.
Now let's hustle to fix those towers.
The good: 2.0 mega pixel camera
Ease of use
The bad: none yet
Summary: I bought this phone after returning a treo and a Moto Q, when I couldnt hear well on either of them or send pictures mobile to mobile. This phone is great, the sound, picture quality and sleekness are all a plus. This phone is also very easy to navigate. I have yet to experience any problems but I did just pick it up a few days ago.
Verizon is great. I love there selection of phones and there coverage! I would not change for anything. I reccomend them to everyone!
The good: excellent battery life, good volume, good camera, good ringtones, etc.
The bad: only one....it isn't fingerprint proof!
Summary: This is a really nice and sleek phone. In my college, everyone is jealous of me for having this phone! I feel like I'm more popular now! This phone is really good. I'd recommend you to this phone. Buying a case helps with the fingerprint problem too. I only got it for $98.00. It is a great phone and worth the money!
The good: Great customer service (with the right rep), great coverage, free incoming minutes on new plans.
The bad: Wished they offered newer phones.
Summary: I've always had great coverage and great service in the store. Brandon at the new Auburn store is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the phones and technology. He was able to get my phone set up and activated super fast and really helped me out.

No cell phone company is perfect, but Centennial has definitely been the best for my needs. I also love that you can pay your bill over the phone with no additional fees, instead of going into the store.
The good: Camera for cheap price...
looks cool.
taking pictures while camera is close =]
The bad: dropped it once and it kept shutting off by itself, but its ok now
green keypad. not very attractive but doesnt effect me

Summary: I have this phone with cricket so i dont get good reception but i can still send and receive messages even without reception, i love that its a camera phone and i got it for 50 dollars...the camera is in a good position so the finger wont get in the way. i love the phone its sweet my first phone ever. some day im going to get a cool phone like the iphone or something hahah but for now im liking this phone and would really recommend it to anyone.
The good: Good Plans...Cheap...FREE text and picture messaging. good for TEENS like me who love to text and in school haha

first month free.
The bad: not alot of coverage area but im a teen so i dont really go outside of my place anyways

no receptions at time but texts still work and calls are still clear

limited amount of phone but i got the cheap audiovox 8910 camera phone for like 50 dollars so im happy.
Summary: I love cricket, this is my first cell phone ever and company and it is great having a predictable bill and not having to be afraid of going over on anything because everything is free pretty much.
The good: Voice Quality, Display, Cool look, Excellent Features, the list is unending!
The bad: Battery life
Summary: This phone is so under-rated! I think this is a hidden gem that once the public catcheson to it, will be gobbled up like those other more popular (i-phone, etc.). The styling is sleek and for a business person who needs their desktop at their fingertips, this one is a must have!
The good: Size, Nokia ease of use, internet is OK. Overall, great phone.
The bad: Cracks, memory issues, etc.
Summary: Started cracking on one side so closes slightly skewed to the left after only one month, some functions hard to find, such as vibrate alert. Bought additional memory chip. Phone still has a lot of problems recognizing the extra memory/room and still says low on memory when internet browsing. Even with Nokia PC suite, which itself is a great gizmo, it does not easily allow songs to be imported onto the 1G Chip. Chip is not separately recognised on the PC Suite music icon for the phone. Only recognises the phone. Had to import 1 by 1 with iTunes specifically onto the chip. A big hassle as waste of time.
The good: good
The bad: week signal and dropped calls
Summary: verizon wireless signal is not good here in VA as in CA Or NV. Many dropped calls and low signal in most of the places.
The good: cricketis a great phone company... i love theri phones they have wonderful prices for their phones....also a wonderful phone bill.
The bad: Even if you have insurance on you phone they still make you pay 85 dollars for your phone to be replaced
Summary: all and all i love this company and my phone thank you
This phone service has been reliable, consistent and inexpensive. I used to have a contract phone and it was easy to run up roaming charges but on this Net 10 phone that can't happen. It picks up a signal where most other cell phones do and my Nokia 1100 is the toughest phone I've ever seen. I drove over it and with a little repair it still works.
The good: Bluetooth, camera, and great form factor
The bad: Durability, connectivity
Summary: This phone was great for the first six months and then it was hit by the screen flip many folks are complaining about. At first it was random, then it was frequent, now it's permanent.

While it lasted I really liked this phone. It was a good size, comfortable to use and decent features. It's only downside was the difficulty moving the address book via bluetooth - only one contact at a time. Unfortunately, the apparent defect that appears after a few months of normal use forces me to rate this rather poorly.
The good: No contracts, you control the minutes you use, perfect for children and emergency use. If you use more than 300 minutes a month you'd better get a Net10 phone.
The bad: Maybe the problem is the knowledge we have about technology and devices. We have three technologies in this wide country and obviously there are areas in which one of these technologies WILL not work. We call and blame the poor representatives, but TracFone depends on the signal their network providers have. They have a good coverage in most areas, but null in some of them.
Summary: I'm happy with my TracFone. It works OK for me. I would advise you to get a TracFone but before you do it, make sure you call them or email them and ask for the coverage in your local area.
The good: a little black box that holds everything you need, for work and play. i've waited all my life to entertain myself when i'm waiting on line, in the car, etc. i would buy it again and again. i bought this before it the touch screen may have possibly be the next step. i love a clean screen. the wide screen, easy read buttons, zoom, exceptional. it even has a task manager that "kills" unwanted running programs.
The bad: the feature of day, date, and year was untrue since the "long date" will never allow the day to be shown on the screen: manager at motorola said, "oopps, i guess not." battery must be charged since the web. last but not least: i have not found chess games that motorola endorses.
Summary: great "all in one". i'm wishing for the same gadget with a 4x4" screen. . . more of a computer with a phone. i understand that had this at one time but stopped making it (b.w. before web). this is as close as you can get to it and highly recommend it and endorse without reservation. hoping the games will catch up!!!!
The good: Just like everyone else says, the screen is among the best out there - big, bright, and crisp. I love that I was able to download Google Maps on my phone and have all the functionality that GMaps has on a computer, even with sattelite view and traffic in real time. It's all that I expected that a phone this price would do.
The bad: Yikes. Take care of that screen folks. It's fragile. The outer part that you can touch is just a protective cover to a quite frail LCD, and it's not invincible. While that protective cover won't likely break under normal usage, the fragile screen underneath it breaks easily and can leave you being able to see little to nothing of your display. I pay and extra $5 a month for my carrier's warranty where they replace it no-questions-asked.

The battery is also weak at first, but I've not
Summary: I'd say that this is one of the best sliders out there. My friends with other sliders like how mine is built more. Just DO NOT leave it in your pocket when you're lounging around. My screen got damaged while sitting on a couch and shifting around a couple times. I did manage to make it about 5 months without damaging it though.

Just treat it like you would the screen of a laptop and you've got nothing to worry about; it's just up to you to decide if you want to carry that equivelant fragility around in your pocket/purse.
If you put a too much weight on it, you're shopping again.
The good: good battery life, easy to use, AIM, good resolution of pictures
The bad: no external display, no camera
Summary: a good phone, very reliable, I just didn't like the lack of an external display. there is a red light that flashes when you have a missed call/text message but it blinks so slow you have to watch it for a few seconds to see. otherwise I enjoyed the phone, but I did get bored with it after awhile.
