The good: Fast response nice qwerty keyboard
The bad: Short battery life
Summary: The LG Versa VX9600 is overall a very neat phone. It is pretty much like a Voyager but somewhat different in different ways, shapes, and forms. This phone i tried out at Verizon and have liked it. I think it is a good product. Let's hope you feel the same way.
The good: Decent call quality, overall good "phone"
The bad: FM transmitter is horrible. When I first got it I had to hold it up to the radio for it to work and now it won't work at all. Phone kept resetting itself, I took it into sprint and they said that this phone does this sometimes and there is nothing I could do about it. T9 remembers incorrect spelling of words and there is no way to reset.
Summary: I would not get this phone, there are alot of phones that are better.
The good: Good keyboard, HTML browser, music player, convenient , easy to use
The bad: MicroSD
Summary: The phone is really good. I have it and I am totally loving it. The bad thing is that I cannot use regular USB cable and I have to use a MicroSD card. Other than that, I'm lovin' it!
The good: UNLIMITED EVERYTHING FOR A FRACTION OF THE PRICE YOU WILL PAY WITH OTHER CARRIERS & DID I MENTION NO HIDDEN FEES!!!!
The bad: CHEAP PHONES(REFURBISHED -COUGH!!), LOUSY WEB BROWSING, IM SUCKS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH IS JUST A MACHINE...OH AND HORRIBLE SERVICE
Summary: I currently work for an exclusive MetroPCS store, and i sure have a lot to say...first of people are dumb..when you say UNLIMITED EVERYTHING they ask how many minutes?? and my favorite free nights and weekend??...OMG..second from a customers point of view..my phone sucks...i have thr R450 red..and umm its worse than my old sidekick lx..web browsing sucks..AIM is slow..and calls well i talk to myself half the time..when i go to Garden State mall i dont have freaking service..which is no biggie..i could still text..just switch your phones to AUTOMATIC..ive resorted to turning my sidekick lx back on for web and AIM for only $1 a day..which isnt bad since i have an employee line with Metro..i do have a few good things to say though..i love being able to talk with no worries(when i do talk)..texting isnt bad but its limited to 160 letters per text which is bad for a compulsive texter like me..

Overall its OK..not the best but what you pay is what you get..NY and Nj is a very tough market so they are coming out with good things..
The good: Unlimited everything, Cheap, Decent amount of phone selection
The bad: Bad costumer service, not good coverage
Summary: Cricket is an amazing choice if you don't travel much. I rarely ever travel out of my area so i don't need to pay 400 extra dollars for a popular phone company. Costumer service is bad because no one speaks english and they'll do more harm then good if you call with a problem or are trying to add roaming minutes. i just go into a store to do things like that. but i love cricket, no hidden fees, my bill is the exact same every single month! i love it! i've been a costumer for 3 years and have never had a dropped call(have had a few just because i left service or hit a bad spot but never randomly just dropped a call) and all my texts get there and i receive all my messages. i'm thinking about switching to boost just because their not much more expensive and you get regular service...
The good: stylish, small and easy to carry... keyboard not too small, once you get used to the menu it's not so bad... AWESOME PICTURES
The bad: it died... not even a week after i got it. Just took a crap on me. Am having the phone guy get a new one. Hopefully I won't lose all my contacts!
Summary: not too bad for the price, def. recommend to any texted, but i still don't know why it keeled over on my like it did... so sudden too, never got wet or hot or cold... I don't know the problem. anyone else?
The good: qwerty keyboard. takes great pictures for having such a low mp camera. full qwerty is rad. super fast os. lots of free, useful apps available. small in size. touch screen.
The bad: os, while super fast, is rather dated. keyboard backlight went out for some reason? still looking into this.
Summary: people like to complain about the size of the buttons and the screen, but i mean come on, didn't you guys check out the phone before you bought it? if so, you knew what you were getting, if not, well you should have.
the battery life has been pretty good for me, as good as or better than any other cell phone i've ever had. it can easily make a couple days without charging before dying on me.
i don't use many of the actual "smart phone" features, i wanted something cheap with a full qwerty. so far the only real bummer is the keyboard backlight going out.
this phone works great for what i wanted, and has a lot of extra features that i'm loving.
The good: Great camera with flash, Durable, Decent touch screen.
The bad: Text messaging, Phone lock features, Battery life, Speaker while playing music, Ringer isn't loud.
Summary: Well I went from a Motorola Rokr to this, (Big mistake) There is no way to lock the text messages out so they can't be read by others, You half to lock the phone every time if you want in locked, It won't do it by itself, (Not the keypad, The actual phone)(For privacy) The speaker sounds like crap while listening to music, (It hates bass) The ringer isn't very loud. And if you set it to ring and vibe it starts out ringing quiet then gets louder, If you download pics. from somewhere else to the phone it won't display them if the megapix is above 2.0 I can't download music to the phone and see artist(All songs are in music all jammed together) I would rate this phone about a 2.5 out of 5. I want to sell mine and get another rokr. The only downfall in the rokr is the little raised thing to slide it up with will come off but thats very minor. Hope this helps!
The good: Great signal, no mechanical problems, simple, easy to use.
The bad: Battery life is not the greatest, but it is still OK.
Summary: I would recommend this phone to anyone who just needs a phone to make calls or text occasionally. I have had no problems with it at all. I don't know how anyone can knock the signal as I am usually the only person getting any signal where I live out in the boondocks!
The good: i love this phone even though i dont hve it but my frined has it and i play wth it all the time u get tv free 4 a couple months internet is 10.00 a monnt
The bad: internet like myspace is slow
Summary: the phone is really cool and i absolutley recommend it to people i acually might get it if my mom says yes she probably will if shes in a great mood
The good: very stylish phone, qwerty keyboard is very comfortable and large, screen display is very clear and vibrant. music player is crystal clear. able to download themes. and lights on each corner of the phone is another attraction to this phone.
The bad: pictures takin with the phone camera isnt so clear. because of the scroll ball; if u put it in ur pocket or purse it tends to call someone in your recent calls. your music from your sd card can not be made to a ringtone. also with out internet on your phone aim and email will not work. and lastly the quality when talkin on the phone isnt the greatest.
Summary: i had this phone for 3 months, unfortunetly it got water damaged. two things i have to have as a feature on my phone is being able to text message/picture message and for the phone to have a music player. before i had the sidekick i had the motorola w490 which for a flip phone was a very good phone. when i got my sidekick lx for christmas i fell in love with its design and the amazing qwerty keyboard. also i love how clear the music player was and how clear the screen display was. a great feature to the phone was with certain funtions the phone would light up with different colors. the sidekick lx also has alot of features which makes it a great phone. the down falls of this phone are that you cant take music from your memory card and set them as a ringtone, the camera quality isnt the best, aim and email can not be accessed unless you have a internet service on your plan and lastly if you put the sidekick lx in your pocket or a purse; because of the scroll ball it occasionally will recall the last person in your recent calls.
The good: Really good looking. Nice new style. Good phone for voice calls.
The bad: The flip can get weary and squeaky. Texting can be difficult.
Summary: This is a very nice phone, however, the cons that i have shown will keep me from ever recommeding this phone to anyone. Sorry, Motorola!
The good: There are so many too list, I just love their phones, their customer service is really nice, there service comes everywhere, and they are really flexible if you want a new phone, or if your phone broke, it is a really good service.
The bad: There were cons, about last year, the two year services, but now they changed and it is much better. But personally, I don't really like the my faves plan.
Summary: This is a good service for everybody, mainly for people with familys, it is really good.
The good: Large internal display, easy to text on internal and external, internal texting getting use too, bright screen, decent camera, battery life, music, EVDO.
The bad: Small outside display, 2.5 mm head jack, outside buttons can stick and crack, silver outside color wears, video sucks.
Summary: Pretty good phone over all. Nice phone for major texters. If you looking into getting it, i would suggest that you do.
The good: 15% bonus if you top up with $100 and with any other amount during the same year; good coverage; allows roaming to Canada and abroad; reliable service
The bad: None
Summary: I've been a T-Mobile To Go customer for many years, and for me, it works great. I have a VoIP service as my primary phone, which is a perfect combination since I travel a lot and can take my VoIP with me on my laptop. I generally use my cell only for texting or emergency calls.

Customer service is reliable and generally helpful. Wait times are reasonable.

I was on Verizon before and have checked out many different carriers (including other prepaid services in the UK, Italy and Germany), and I have to say that T-Mobile stands out for its consistent ease of access, straightforward billing explanations (no hidden costs/fine print that requires a team of corporate lawyers to decipher) and generally no-hassle service.

I'm considering switching to another prepaid service, but only because my phone use is changing. I'd prefer to stay with T-Mobile but they are not (at this moment) the cheapest in the market, particularly for my kind of use (heavy text messaging, some calling).
The good: Wow everything.... really!
I have been using a 700w then wx for the last 3 years and this phone fixed everything and added more goodies than I know what to do with! No more missing emails that disappear during a phone call while working on something, and the list goes on.
The bad: Not really a con but the "windows" start key is a little out of place iMO, the location.
I also wish you could power the screen down from double hitting the end call
If you use bluetooth a lot make sure you get the extended battery (or at least the car charger)
Summary: This is the phone to have, if you were debating.. get it. This phone is perfect for business or just having fun; today I was up on the slopes listening to my mp3's w/ my wireless BT Voyager 855's and it was sweet, on the lifts I was knocking off some emails keeping the inbox manageable on my day off. I think the keyboard on the front is a must (personal opinion) to be a good business phone especially if you are on the road a lot. I think the slider phones are fine for kids playing and texting but just don't cut it otherwise. Again the feel is great, the extended battery is a must have for folks like me on the phone all day and using wireless. On wireless it's great being able to hit a hot spot and use high speed internet vs the network. Again Microsoft's WM6 is really tight vs wm5 big plus there, far far fewer 'bugs' and annoying behaviors. The "mouse" or pad is going to take some getting used to vs the treo but it isn't a big deal and many will love it from the go. I guess that is it for now, but man this is a great phone and you will enjoy it. I will say it would be nice to get a decent music app, wmp is still a joke? Common m$ watch apple and learn. The added resolution on this phone makes for a very pleasurable experience on the web or looking at documents, spreadsheets, pdf etc.. I still wish you could setup word and excel to view like a screen shot how the pdf's works so you can easily zoom in and out.. not many people edit docs and xls on a phone limited and not very usable anyway (m$ issue not this phone). Blue tooth functions extremely well and has GREAT range iMO, the treo's BT was a joke.

PS this unit gets a 6th star with the extended battery being used.
The good: It runs Android. Amazing Capacitive Touch Screen -Best Screen I've used since the iPhones. Android interface is nice and responsive and comes with Android Market for 3rd party programs.
The bad: Battery life could be better just make sure to charge it every night. I wish that it had better styling, I'm not big on the plastic but it looks and feels nice and solid in the hand for being mostly plastic.
A problem with Android is that your tied to Google services, which you can port stuff over so it's not that big of a deal it's just a bother.
Summary: It's a good phone, but your paying for it with the required data service at $25 a month and $200 initial price tag. I recomment whole heartidly.
The good: Compact size, yet still comfortable qwerty keyboard. Breathtaking display- better than all previous models. Excellent battery life (3-4 days). All the options and reliability expected with the BB name. The push email is flawless, and the 3.2 mp camera takes excellent photos!
The bad: No touch screen (but this could also be a plus). Slightly loose build quality. No 3G (but battery life is more important)
Summary: I switched to the t-Mobile branded Curve 8900 after going through 2 t-Mobile G1's in 3 months. The BlackBerry has been reliable and feature rich compared to the G1. The G1 lacked support for Video recording, stereo bluetooth, system theming, and hardware limitations include: a lack of 3.5mm headphone jack, terrible battery life, quiet and weak ringer and vibraion setting, and overall chunkiness and poor build quality.

The BlackBerry provides everything the G1 lacks and more. Built in 3.5mm headphone jack, excellent battery life and power management features (auto on/off), loud ringers and stronger vibration, free theme building software, Holster profiles (ringer and standby settings), and better, much more elegant hardware.

This phone is perfect for the business professional, and discerning consumer who wants rich features and rock solid reliability.
The good: Cheap plans,cheap phones
The bad: it takes about 2-3 days to get the internet.
Summary: We have two and both phones took around a day to program right. Ive never waited more then 5 mins for a customer service rep. I dont see what all the whining is about. The customer service rep. even called me back to see if my phone was working properly, the same one that actually helped me orginally. Verizon,T-MO,never did that. I have the cheapest phone they had. The internet works like it did on my old Nokias from T- Mo. Slow but ok. These arent I-phones, your not getting a 5 gig 200 dollar device but I never missed a TXT or a call to my knowledge.
The good: music player, screen size and size of the phone
The bad: Kinda hard to text msg people
Summary: Just recently I got a Sony Ericsson and it was an awesome investment and I was very impressed. Bravo Cingular and AT&T for giving me awesome advice and telling me about this awesome phone.
