The good: Easy texting capability
The bad: Powercycles all the time, can't assign ringtones that are bluetoothed
Summary: This phone has got to be one of the worst I've ever had. I'm ready to go back to the bag phone. I am on my 5th as of now. Only one was my fault, but every one that I have had has had the same problem, powercycyling and shutting off for no reason. I just recieved my "new" one last night and it's already done it once this morning. Second LG phone I've had that has been nothing but trouble.
The good: keyboard is great, messaging is good.
The bad: TOUCH SCREEN
Summary: I like this phone but i can't deal with all of the problems with the touch screen. I can't count all of the times i've wanted to throw this phone against the wall. sometimes i want to send a text message but i have to wait 10 minutes for the touch screen to become responsive. If this phone had a better touch screen i would love it but i am going to get a different phone.
The good: Display, Screen is vivid and amazing,
T9 Texting is very nice,
Call quality and reception is superb,
Opera Mobile works flawlessly,
Very sturdy/rigid phone,
The bad: No EVDO, Wifi,
Bluetooth doesn't transfer files etc,
VGA Camera, lol
Summary: Phone can take a beating. 2 Years of it having sudden stops on the ground, wall, table...my son even chews on it and throws it around (he is now 9 months old). With it closed the flip part can slide a little bit..maybe 1/20th of an inch back and forth. However once opened up for use the phone is as rigid and solid as the first time I used it. It stays open, it takes a very aggressive flip to close it from the open position.

If your just looking for a phone, to use as a phone. Maybe some texting(T9 works well for the most part). This is an excellent phone to get. Reception and call quality are astounding compared to my buddies iPhone or sisters Centro.
The good: Full Sliding keyboard, up to 700 contacts, Built in music player, Replaceable Battery, 2.0 Megapixel Camera and camcorder, built in micro sd card,
The bad: Short Battery life, slow internet, Freezes alot
Summary: Overall the Rant is built for you social life, anyone who love texting and communicating with friends would love the rant. Also, don't be afraid to take lots of pictures and videos with a 2.0 Megapixel camera and a built in Micro SD card. It freezes alot for me, also when I go into my ringers it mixes up words like for example it would say " Welcome to the Jungle by Jackson 5" or "ABC by Rihanna
The good: Small. Good Volume
The bad: Directions suck big time
Summary: Anything you want to put on has to be purchased. It is so cheap and bottom of the line that you can't give a contact a special ringtone
The good: Good Reception call wise
The bad: High Prices, Rebates take forever, verizon merging with alltel and there will be no more my circle, verizon plans are VERY EXPENSIVE
Summary: I've had alltel for about 4 years now. The reception has always been great for me no matter where I go, and I've only had a few dropped calls.

I recently got a BlackBerry Pearl and would have to say this is when stuff started going downhill. I was told I should get my rebate within a certain time frame and it never came.. I did get an email saying it had been processed and would ship within 15 days and 2 months later I still didnt have it. I contacted their rebate center and the rebate center said it just shipped out like 3 days prior.. so why did I get an email 2 months before saying it was going to ship in 15 days? I waited ANOTHER month and still no rebate.. called the rebate office AGAIN.. and they claimed it NEVER shipped, even though I told them the time I called before, they said it had.. Ridiculous, 4+ months and still no rebate.. I called alltel and complained about the situation and they called the rebate company on 3way and the rebate company sent me another check and I got it within a week.. although I still have never gotten the 'original' one they sent out.

I have my blackberry set up to receive emails from my AIM/AOL account, I will send myself emails some times to remind me of errands I have to do during the day.. and some times it takes about 4+ hours to show up on my phone, ridiculous.

I pay $89(comes out to $110 after all the darn taxes they add on and phone insurance) for 500 anytime minutes, nights and weekends starting at 7pm.. unlimited net, and texts... but compared to other wireless carriers such as Sprint.. you can get unlimited EVERYTHING for $99... so why am I paying $89 for 500 mins when I can get unlimited everything for $10 more with sprint?

I would also like to note that verizon and alltel are currently merging, and once my contract with alltel ends, I'd have to get a verizon contract with a verizon plan.. and I use A LOT of minutes with my circle from alltel.. verizon has nothing like this.. so I'd be using a lot of anytime minutes and my monthly bill would be about $150 a month.. BEFORE TAXES!!! What the crap... no thanks! bye bye alltel/verizon
The good: VGA camera, Bluetooth technology, instant messaging, dual color displays, speakerphone and voice recognition.
The bad: Ugly display
Summary: the Nokia Mirage 2605 is a decent and updated flip phone but it has a hidious display at least to me. When I used it at Verizon it felt like I was using a Razr
The good: Touche Screen, Querty Keyboard, Picture//video
The bad: Details can be a little hard to use at times
Summary: TheLG Versa VX9600 is overall a very neat phone. It is pretty much like a Voyager but somewhat different in different ways, shapes, and forms. This phone i tried out at Verizon and have liked it. I think it is a good product. Let's hope you feel the same way.
The good: My Circle, Blackberry data service, excellent customer service, coverage area, wireless card for laptop works in and out of town.....
The bad: Being bought out by Verizon.
Summary: 8 months ago I was about to take advantage of my 15 day trial period becuase I wasn't satisfied with the calls I had lost, the lack of internet I was getting and misleading info. However, I changed my mind when they bent over backwards to save me. They found that I was on the wrong plan, upgraded me to a Blackberry Pearl with NO extra charge, credited my bill back A LOT and spent an hour+ teaching me how to use the phone. I have been 100% satisfied ever since. I go out of town every other weekend and my cell and my laptop have excellent coverage everywhere I go. Last summer I went to the Sturgis Bike Rally in SD and heard other bikers complaining about lack of cell service, but my Alltel was working fine. Love my phone, my wireless card and the network. Other people complain of rebate problems, but I got mine back in about eight weeks. So far all is awesome!
The good: -Great Camera
-TV out capable
-Wifi
-User Friendly
-Size
-Mod Shift Function
-Call Quality is great
-PDA functionality (some)
-Interface is good
-3.5 mm headphone jack
-Music player is ok
The bad: -Micro SD card not easily accessible.
-Gets laggy in the music player (sometimes).
Summary: I absolutely love this phone. The camera is just awesome. I did use a touchscreen (Samsung Glyde which was awful), but this blows the glyde away. I love the wifi feature for my pictures and email. Call quality is great, user interface great i think, can be laggy sometimes, but other than that the phone is great. The camera is unbelievable, I like the fact that you can upload your pictures to the kodak online album. This by far the best camera phone i have ever had. I would recommend this phone to camera phone lovers. Awesome phone for t-mobile, and a great company for the Motozine ZN5 to be with.
The good: Great voice clarity, easy to use/program, nice loud ringtones.
The bad: It's huge, the screen freezes and the buttons quit working.
Summary: I bought this phone thinking it's nice and rugged. The day after I bought it, I took it back to the store because my screen froze and none of the buttons worked. (I did nothing dumb to it like dropping it or anything.) The sales person checked it out and said "Sometimes you have to take the battery out to re-set it like a computer." She popped the battery out, put it back in and the phone turned on and worked. I said "Try turning it off and on again to see how it will act." She did and the phone froze up again. Buttons not working and the screen stopping and starting like a bad digital movie. So they swapped it out with another one. But before I took it I had them turn it on and off a couple times to make sure it would work. It seemed to work fine. The next day I had to visit a friend in the Hospital and had to turn my phone off for a while. Bad move. It half way turned off when the screen froze and none of the buttons would work. I took this one back to the store also. Again they said that I had to just take the battery out to re-set it like a computer. Well, you know what?....I'm NOT going to do that every time I have to turn my phone off! That's not right. This phone has some technical problems and I got my money refunded.
The good: MUSiC, CONTACTS, MSG'z, R3CORDiNG,VOiC3MAiL,etc.
The bad: HOW TO G3T MUSiC!!!
Summary: THiS PHON3 iS O.K AND TH3 PRiC3 iS JUST RiGHT BUT i DONT KNOW HOW TO G3T MUSiC ON THiS PHON3...MANNNN ...ONY WAi TO GET MUSiC iS iFN SOM3ON3 S3NDS iT TO YUU
The good: transfer music, light sleek sexy design, pretty much everything about it I looooove this phone!!!
The bad: they should consider selling it with a stylus because sometimes I do mistype words, the camera can be slow dont move until your sure the picture has been taken, and some internet pics can be grainy but others are ok so I dunno whats up with that...
Summary: Ok first off I have no problems with this phone telenav, internet, ect and I live in the Middle of Absolute Nowhere, Missouri. I looked up all the resturaunts in my town as well as directions with next to instant loading time so I really have no clue why ppl are saying this feature is crap. I do agree that the phonebook gets annoying bc you cant type a letter you have to sit there and scroll forever(big prob if you have alot of contacts)and sometimes i do mistype but that was only in the beginning but other than that I cant seem to take my hands off this sexy piece of machinery It just feels so good in your hand lol.
The good: phone dog says you can't colour code the calendar entries, but if you set up more than one email account e.g. a hotmail and a work email - you can have up to 10 accounts I'm told, then new calendar entries can be linked to either email and are shown in blue or green to differentiate them presumably more colours are used as you add new email accounts. OK so not as flexible as the Treo or other phones...but its there if you want it.
Another boon compared to new rivals is that although the scre
The bad: supplied software doesn't like Vista very much although as with most Vista apps it will work after an hour of tinkering and rebooting (and cursing).
Summary: Overall this is a very good phone, and although I can't compare against more recent previous models, this is vast evolutionary leap compared to the old side clickwheel model my company had given me.
The 3G HSDPA connection is very fast and reliable, and the auto-sensing switching to wifi is seamless.
It would benefit from a Skype App since UK network deals often feature unlimited data use, but restrict voice minutes.
The handset is well constructed and feels very solid in the hand, and I would recommend it over an iPhone, G1 or N95 for anyone wanting a workhorse rather than a plaything.
The good: good camera and fancy features
The bad: too glitchy, has a lot of technical problems
Summary: i've had the phone for no more than 6 months, when i'm on the internet it shuts off all the time, the bluetooth didn't work strait out of the box, the T9 doesn't work (the 9 key thinks it's an 8 key) and now the signal doesn't even work (it goes to roaming randomly where i've always had service before)

not a good phone!
The good: this phone is powered by Window's Mobile so it is a really good phone and the style is great
The bad: The fuze takes a couple of swipes to get what you want to do (sometimes only one)
Summary: What makes this phone unique is that it has a wifi button and there is a touch screen dial pad or you use it on the portable Keyboard using the function button, and the battery last for a large amount of time
The good: amazing keyboard, awesome music player, and just about everything else
The bad: breaks easily
Summary: had this phone forever and i love it. it has only failed me once and that was because i dropped it. luckily the warranty was still not expired.
excellent phone
The good: Amazing coverage, great customer care & good data speeds
The bad: Price, Verizon proprietary phone software & phones are not as new as Sprint phones.
Summary: I love the coverage I get with Verizon Wireless. I have never had a single problem with the customer service I get someone who speaks great english every time! I also have AT&T for a work phone and I think there, "Fewer Dropped Calls" slogan is a lie. Verizon plans are expensive though but, what's the point of having a cell phone if the coverage sucks. I've also had Sprint, the prices were great, the phones were great but, the coverage was horrible. You get what you pay for. I'll stick with Verizon as long as the coverage stays the same or gets better:)
The good: slim, not bulky, doesn't feel cheap, fun, easy to use
The bad: Too easy to access internet: some people dont want it, Battery: it drains quick but this can be fixed.
Summary: This is a really great phone. I was comparing this to the Pantech Matrix, but overall, the propel is more suited for me. Its not too big, fit good in my pocket. The speakers are good, Camera quality it good, decent pictures. Calling is great too.

I would recommend this phone.
The good: great sound quality
QWERTY board
pictures r awesome
messaging is astounding
The bad: NONE
Summary: I hav had this phone for a week and i hav had no problem what so ever. i luv this phone so much and i think if ur thinkin about getting it, GET IT!!!
