The good: Its a cell phone...and works as good or better than any other cell phone.
The bad: Don't get into a situation where you need to call customer service.
Summary: We have 5 Net10 phones, and the service is fine. It works out to be $15 per month, and we never run out of minutes for what we use it for. Customer service is done by morons in Miami or Costa Rica over VoIP, so it can be a little challenging. Other than that, it beats the pants off paying ATT, Verizon or US Cellular for the same crappy service (for a lot more money).
The good: Pretty much everything, great service, fantastic policies.
The bad: I wish C/S was open 24/7 and they didn't put you on hold so long.
Summary: I was with AT&T, then Centennial...sorry i ever did that! I switched to be on someone elses plan, thinking it would be cheaper....wrong!
Now:
AT&T didn't make me have a contract! I bought a pone on ebay for $50 (brand new, in box) and they told me "No contract"....which they lived up to!

Now, I am contract free. and if i ever DO sign a contract, they are so awesome as to reduce the cancellation fee by $5 every month (so, in 10 months, $50 off the fee.) Cool!

Their C/S is good, we had a slight problem when porting my number, but it wasn't their fault, it was centennials.

No roaming, no long distance, free cid, v/m, detailed billing, and a smooth transaction.

A++++++++++ Glad to be back and would highly recommend to ANYONE!!!!!

The good: everthing
The bad: weird design structure but still amazes me
Summary: All around good phone hard to get wifi to work but after that ur set a good phone worth every cent!
The good: Large external screen. Great music player. Good camera. Large keypad, good for texting. External scroll wheel makes it more fun to use the outside of the phone.
The bad: Speaker is too loud even on low for calls. External scroll wheel seems kinda cheap and sensitive. Hard to open with one hand.
Summary: I've had the LG Chocolate 3 for about a month and a half and its been a pretty good phone. I have had it replaced in that time period due to my first one restarting itself randomly, but other than that I find its been pretty good to me. The phone is pretty long when opened and when you use it to talk but it's not a biggie. Battery life could be longer but can't complain. I really like the large external display and the music player is great. (which is good considering thats what the phone is mainly for) All in all the LG Chocolate 3 is a great phone and would recommend it to anyone.
This phone gives the consumer value for the "buck".

I'm satisfied with my purchase.
The good: oh my gosh i love this phone so [flippin] much
the keyboard is easy to use
the colors are... HOT
it has a great camera
lightweight
not that thick
I LOVE ITTT!!!
The bad: the big circle on the back [the camera]

Summary: this phone is sooo [FLIPPIN] cool. it is kinda like meee
ha that was a joke haha
i love it i have had it almost two years
i am sad cause ill have to get a different phone
[verizon discontinued it] : (
The good: camera!
The bad: its just poorly designed. the scroll bar is very hard to use to scroll up and down, especially in your call history and you cannot use the keyboard up and down buttons instead. it should be touch screen with the option of using the keyboard if you prefer. Texting is a nightmare, it takes 3 times as long to text since you have to touch screen select the word you want if its small so if it selects the wrong word you have to start over. I could go on much longer on my issues with the texting.
Summary: only buy this if you don't text, its aweful for texting, and really that unrelated to a full keyboard, its just the issues with the touch screen. The manual does not explain everything. It requires you to do more steps than necessary just to preform the simplest tasks. The camera is nice though, and the fonts are pretty sweet too.
The good: Low cost cell service that works very well.
The bad: None, for the price.
Summary: I have been with TracFone since December 2004. I went with TF because my wife had been with TF over a year at that time and had no issues. I did have issues getting my phone set up, but since then it has simply worked. What I appreciate is that TF quality of service online and in person has improved. My wife recently switched her minutes from her old Nokia to a new Motorola cell phone. Her Nokia was so old, the number and minutes could not be transfered on line. The phone rep that my wife worked with spoke clear english and got the job done as expected. Based on my experience and my wife's, I am staying with TF and am not concerned about moving to a new phone in the future.
The good: Big screen with great color, speed is great, ease of use, app store, auto correct on texting is great.
The bad: no picture messaging and no video recording.
Summary: even without some basics, this phone is the best i have ever had. Being a teenager, this phone fits my needs as a texting phone and also helps as being a cell phone for productivity. Searching email and surfing the internet is a great thing to do at school when i am bored. The ipod and speakers is a great way to seal the deal. Battery life is great and I have it on 3G all the time. Personal opinion, greatest cell phone in the world.
The good: Sharp LCD makes the phone fun to use.The touch screen takes a little time to get use to.Love the T9 texting with the one touch of the number keys. You really need to try it.Reception has been strong and sounds very clear where ever I"ve been.
The bad: Internet is not great, but thats not what I use my phone for.
Summary: I played with the floor model in the ATT store for a long time before deciding to buy this phone. You really must work with it a lot to learn the features but it is worth it. You can find hundreds of user reviews and many expert reviews on this phone as well as video reviews
from cnet, phone dog and others. These reviews and the fact that I could get it for 50 bucks after rebate convinced me to buy it. I'am glad I did
The good: Clear display, Widgets nice-to-have, sound acceptable
The bad: Short life-time battery (daily use: max. 30 hrs),
Terrible PC-suite: many mismatches in field-size!!!
Summary: It's a nice phone, easy to hold and dial.
But the PC-suite on CD is terrible. Many fields do not match in size or are not accessible in the phone.
Display and touch-screen are clear and easy, intuitive use. Widgets are handy to get tools active. Even for a Windows-user it's useable.
The good: touch screen, big hard drive, many accesories
The bad: not a lot of color choices, can't expand memory, short battery
Summary: The iPhone 3G is a breakthrough device. The iPod on it is the best on a cell phone, ever. The Safari web browser is the most advanced browser on a cell phone. It is lighter than the origional iPhone, and much cheaper. The App Store and iTunes work great. You can also get songs and videos on your PC or Mac. The 3.5 in. screen is awesome, and so is the virtual keyboard. I just wish you can tilt it so you have a full QWERTY keyboard for texting and email. Anyway, I would greatly recommend the iPhone 3G to anyone, and (optional) I would also get a case and a spare charger.
The good: Dual sliding, good color, and nice design
The bad: Kind of thick, small Qwerty pad, not a smartphone(but that is ok),kind of hard to use,and could have a better selection of things!
Summary: The pantech is an average phone, honestly it could be a little better!I do like its features ,but I am a texter and do not really like tha Qwerty pad! I reccomend them to average texters, another thing is that its not a smartphone, that is not a big deal though!!
The good: keyboard
The bad: computer won't recognize this device to load mp3's
Summary: This phone is a POS! I had my first one for a week when it rebooted on its own and never worked after that. Got the second one and tried to connect it to my computer using USB cable. I was able to get a handful of songs loaded, then it became unrecognizable all of a sudden. I have not been able to connect to my computer since. I hate this phone. I regret having purchased it.
The good: nice color, good vibrate and speaker, large screen,60mb storage.
The bad: misses too many calls and texts.cannot program keys.texting is tedius because of poor software design.phone resets with slightest impact.there are NO DRIVERS so it cannot be used with computer.
Summary: Dont waste your time.this phone is horrible. i had it less than 3 hours before i wanted to take it back.It constantly misses calls and text messages . there are no drivers to connect it to a computer. you cannot program any of the keys so texting becomes tedious.and even the slightest impact , such as settign it down, can cause it to restart. when it does connect the connection is poor . complete waste of money. and before you think my phone is defective a friend of mine has had the exact same problems with hers .
The good: full internet
motion sensor
automatic brightness adjustment for indoor outdoor transitions
superb touch screen
sleek design
great features
can download gmail and google maps (google maps can actually use the gps in your phone to find your position)
loud speakerphone
excellent reception compared to other phones
great display
3mp camera with great photos
lots of fun
easy to use
can send and receive picture messages
tons of stylish cases and screen protecto
The bad: no wifi
not sure if pdfs can be opened but i haven't tried yet
Summary: all in all this is the best phone i've ever owned. lots of fun and easy to use. people who gripe about the minor things are just being a little overcritical
The good: Small, Easy to Carry, Great for texters
The bad: Thick, Voice quality could be better
Summary: I upgraded from my RAZR in November, which I found too difficult for doing things (such as text messaging). I text a lot more that i talk, so this was the best phone for me. Its really easy to carry, but it is a little bit thick. The screen is very nice, and it is quite customizable. Also, the keyboard is very nice. The keys are easy to push, but still feel firm. One bummer is that the voice quality could be better, and no EVDO(but i don't really care). All in all it is a great phone, and I am very satisfied.
The good: -great battery life
-qwerty keyboard makes texting FAST
-awesome ringtones right out of the box
-amazing sound quality!
-practically indestructable haha
The bad: I don't know if it was just my particular phone or something (does anyone else have this problem?), but my phone randomly turned off sometimes whenever I was in the middle of doing something. But that's it.
Summary: This phone has AMAZING battery life, I can text on it for 5 days straight and honestly not have to charge it! :D
The front screen is NOT TOO SMALL! What else are people asking for?! It is just fine for writing a quick text and making calls.
The good: For a pressure touch screen, it registers very well. Battery life is somewhat lacking, but I keep bluetooth and anything not needed off, so it is fairly good when on bare minimum. The possibilities with this phone is great, you just need to have good sources. I myself have different themes (Blackberry, iPhone, Slide, Walkman) so this phone never gets too stale. The phone is very overall sturdy, as I have dropped it multiple times while trying to put it in my pocket, with no cosmetic or mechanica
The bad: The touchscreen motions are somewhat odd. The scrolling is reverse of most phones. I noticed that if you have a long list on a screen, when you glide, it tends to scroll way to fast. I personally do not like "glossy" phones, as they tend to get dirty quickly because dirt, smudge, and oil likes to cling to things that are shiny. If you didn't sign up for the TV thing, then you also have a pointless antenna (I, however, turned mine into a stylus.) I also do not like the call/call end buttons.
Summary: Overall, a sturdy and nice phone. You just have to be patient, give it some time, and do some tweaks here and there in order to customize it and satisfy your phone cravings. LG definately made a winner here.
The good: easy texting, video and camra, internet service
The bad: bad battery, touch screen unresponsive sometimes, has some other minor glitches
Summary: i think its a pretty decent phone, its great for texting, and thats a whole lot easier, its battery can be anoyining though, and sometimes the touch screen just doesnt work, but overall, im pretty happy with it.
