After its initial announcement earlier this month, the AT&T Thanks program is officially ready to get underway.
Starting today, AT&T customers can get a free movie ticket when they buy one. The offer is good at AMC Theatres and Regal Entertainment Group, which cover nearly 1,000 theaters and 13,000 movie screens. The BOGO movie ticket offer is good once per account and once per week (while supplies last each week) for the duration of the AT&T Thanks program.
In order to get your free movie ticket, you need to head to att.com/tickettwosdays and enter your phone number. If you qualify, you’ll get a coupon code for a free movie ticket to be used at movietickets.com.
Like most offers, there’s some fine print here to be aware of. The tickets are good for Tuesday showings of 2D movies, and there is a limited supply of free movie tickets each week. Additionally, only AT&T postpaid customers are eligible for the offer, and that excludes AT&T employees and data-only customers.
AT&T also said today that it will be teaming up with Live Nation to offer its first concert ticket resale offer this fall. No other details of this AT&T Thanks offer were given. AT&T has previously said that its Thanks program will include data giveaways as well.
