After making its debut last year, Amazon is once again holding a Prime Day celebration next month.
Amazon Prime Day 2016 will offer more than 100,000 deals worldwide, and as with last year’s Prime Day, they’ll only be available to Amazon Prime members. The offers will be available in the U.S., U.K., Spain, Japan, Italy, Germany, France, Canada, Belgium, and Austria.
The Prime Day deals will start at 12:00 am PT (3:00 am ET) on July 12, and there will be new deals available as quickly as every five minutes. As for what’ll be available, Amazon isn’t revealing exactly what it plans to discount. However, the retailer does say that Prime Day have nearly twice as many TV deals as Black Friday and Cyber Monday combined and that U.S. shoppers will find toy deals nearly all day.
Finally, Amazon says that it’ll be offering Countdown Deals from July 5 through July 11. The first one will be a 32-inch TV and Fire TV Stick bundle, which U.S. shoppers will be able to snag for $119.99 on July 5.
There were some folks let down by the deals included with Prime Day 2015, so there’s likely a bit of hesitation from those folks about Prime Day 2016. Amazon is touting Prime Day 2016 as the “biggest Amazon event ever,” though, so it may be worth keeping an eye on Amazon once July 12 rolls around.
