After offering customers the ability to sign up for a monthly Amazon Prime subscription earlier this year, Sprint today is doubling down on its Prime promotions by bundling the service with one of its own rate plans.
Starting today, Sprint customers that sign up for the Amazon Better Choice XXL plan can get one year of Amazon Prime in addition to 40GB of high-speed data every month. The plan is $100 per month, but you’ll also have to pony up a $20 monthly access charge for each phone that’s purchased on an installment or lease plan. That access charge jumps to $45 per month if you bought your phone with a two-year contract.
Sprint’s Amazon Better Choice XXL offer is available to new and existing customers and will be available for a limited time.
While a lot of people are probably already signed up for Amazon Prime, there are still some folks out there that don’t yet have the service. Now they can get it with Sprint’s Better Choice XXL plan. Of course, that means that those customers will also want to sign up for 40GB of high-speed data every month, meaning that this offer might be best for families.
