Earlier this month, we got a peek at LG’s upcoming V10, an Android phone that’s said to have a secondary ticker display at the top of its main display. Unfortunately, the pictures that we had at that time didn’t give us a clear look at that ticker screen. Now a new leak given us exactly that.
A new image shared by Evan Blass clearly shows the auxiliary ticker display on the LG V10. In this instance, the ticker appears to be showing app shortcuts, though it might be used for other functions as well.

The LG V10 is rumored to feature a 5.7-inch 2560x1440 display, Snapdragon 808 processor, 3GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, a microSD slot, and a fingerprint reader. Also said to be included are 16-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front cameras. The V10 in today’s leak appears to have two front cameras, but so far there haven’t been any reports suggesting that the V10 actually does have two front cameras, so it’s unclear what’s going on in the upper left corner of the device.
It’s unknown when LG might officially introduce the V10, but the Life’s Good crew is hosting an event in New York City on October 1, so perhaps we’ll see the V10 and its ticker display there.
