Following the debut of the ZenFone 2 Deluxe, ASUS has one-upped itself again with an even more special version of the ZenFone 2.
ASUS recently debuted the ZenFone 2 Deluxe Special Edition, which is largely the same as the ZenFone 2 Deluxe, which was largely the same as the top-end ZenFone 2. That means that it’s got specs like a 5.5-inch 1920x1080 display, 13-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front cameras, 4GB of RAM, and an octa-core 2.5GHz Intel Atom Z3580 processor.
So what makes the ZenFone 2 Deluxe Special Edition special? Its internal storage. The ZenFone 2 Deluxe Special Edition comes with a whopping 256GB of storage, which is more than most other mobile devices can boast.
The ZenFone 2 Deluxe Special Edition is launching in Brazil in September. There’s no word on when or if the ZF2DSE will launch in other parts of the globe, which might be kind of a bummer for folks that want all the storage in their phones. Good thing there’s a 200GB microSD card that can get you close, so long as your phone has a microSD slot.
