The LG G Watch is one of the original Android Wear smartwatches, and its square display may not be quite as attractive as the round screens that we’re seeing on a lot of more recent Android Wear devices. LG’s G Watch is still getting major software updates, though, including the recent Android 5.1.1 update that includes always-on apps, new UI navigation features, and more. That’s why at just $50, the LG G Watch could be worth a purchase if you’re looking to see what smartwatches are all about on the cheap.
