After leaking out a couple of times earlier this week, the Galaxy S6 Active appears to have been confirmed by Samsung itself.

The name “Galaxy S6 Active” has appeared on a page on Samsung’s official website. The page is for Samsung Plus, a sort of loyalty program that earns consumers added support benefits when they buy more Samsung devices. The Galaxy S6 Active name is included smack dab in between the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge and it’s listed with a release date of April 10, which is actually the date that the GS6 came out.

This latest leak doesn’t reveal any new details about the Galaxy S6 Active, but it does add even more support to the unannounced device’s existence. Now we just have to wait for Samsung to officially announce the thing so we can find out when we’ll be able to buy this ruggedized version of the Galaxy S6.
