Are you feeling a bit down on your Moto G ever since the new model was announced last week? Well if you’re a Boost Mobile customer, I’ve got some news that ought to perk you up.
Motorola has announced that it’s now pushing Android 4.4.4 to the Boost Mobile Moto G. The update bumps the Boost Moto G to build 210.12.57 and includes the following tweaks:
- Android™ 4.4.4, KitKat®: Android 4.4.4, KitKat, is the latest release of the Android platform. This release includes accuracy improvements to the power profile, several stability, framework and security fixes including update to OpenSSL.
- Camera - Pause video recording: Added the ability to pause video recording with a convenient pause/resume button on the viewfinder.
- Updated Phone dialer: Updated Phone dialler with a new graphical layout and colours to improve consistency and usability.
- Enables Motorola Alert Application download: New Motorola Alert application sends periodic alerts with your location to your selected contacts. Now available for download from the Google Play Store.
To download this update, you can grab your Moto G and go into Settings > About phone > System updates > Download and then bask in the glory that is Android 4.4.4. Happy updating!
