The LG G3 isn’t the only T-Mobile smartphone getting a software update today.
T-Mobile has announced that its Samsung Galaxy S 4 will begin receiving an update to Android 4.4.4 today, September 10. The update bumps the GS4 up to version M919UVUFNH7 and includes an upgrade to Android 4.4.4 and the security tweaks that comes with it as well as some “Wi-Fi calling enhancements.”
The update weighs in at 403MB, so you T-Mobile GS4 folk will likely want to hop onto a Wi-Fi connection before trying to download it. Once on Wi-Fi, you can check for the update by hitting up Settings > More > About device > Software update and then rest easy knowing that you’re on the latest official version of Android.
