Over the past couple of years, T-Mobile has released a handful of aggressively priced Android phones under the REVVL brand. This month we're getting two more entries.
The T-Mobile REVVLRY and REVVLRY+ are now official. While they have T-Mo branding, they appear to be variants of Motorola's Moto G7 phones that launched earlier this year, sharing similar designs as the G7 phones. Plus, T-Mobile says that the REVVLRY+ has "TurboPower" fast charging, which is the term Motorola uses for its fast charge technology.
When it comes to specs, the REVVLRY (above) is equipped with a 5.7-inch 1520x720 display, 13MP rear and 8MP front cameras, and a rear fingerprint sensor. There's a 1.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 632 processor in the water repellent body, too, along with 3GB of RAM, 32GB of built-in storage, and a 3000mAh battery.
Meanwhile, the REVVLRY+ (below) steps up to a 6.24-inch 2270x1080 screen, dual rear camera setup with 16MP and 5MP sensors, and a 12MP front-facing camera. There's also a 1.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 636, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage, and the 3000mAh battery can be recharged in a hurry using TurboPower fast charge tech. A rear fingerprint reader is included for added security.
Both phones include a microSD slot, 3.5mm headphone jack, and Android 9.0 Pie. They're also both compatible with T-Mobile 4G LTE bands 2, 4, 5, 12, 66, and 71.
T-Mobile will launch the REVVLRY and REVVLRY+ on July 19th. The REVVLRY will cost $0 down and $8.34 per month for 24 months on an Equipment Installment Plan, $0 down and $9 per month on an 18-month JUMP! On Demand lease, or $200 full retail. Stepping up to the REVVLRY+ will set buyers back $14 down and $14 per month for 24 months on EIP, $0 down and $16 per month on an 18-month lease, or $350 full retail.
T-Mo will also have a special deal at launch that'll get you a free REVVLRY when you add a new line of service. This offer is open to both new and existing customers, and if you qualify, T-Mobile will cover the cost of the REVVLRY over 24 monthly bill credits.
