Very Bad Service; STAY AWAY

Posted on: October 31st, 2013 by Ronnie Merritt

Their customer service and tech support folks should probably do some more talking. This way the right hand knows what the left had is doing. I was told by customer service I should be getting very good service (cell signal) and tech support says that the areas that I am have moderate to poor coverage... Now I am stuck with a phone that I can barely use, they will not take it back or anything that would help. Bottom line, they will lie to you so you continue to pay $100 + a month for something you can't even use. My phone is not even a year old yet and I have had problems since day 1...

Customer service has no clue

Posted on: October 26th, 2013 by Den Miller

I had a problem number(voice mail being left and calls not for me) so I requested a number change, I got the change but now I cannot log into my.t-mobile.com and look at my info. Several calls to customer service resulted in nothing but questions and comments that they are down, or tha tI did somrthing wrong, yet I could look at my wife's account. Their CSR seem to have no training whatsoever.

Stay away from T Mobile

Posted on: October 23rd, 2013 by Bernardo Molchanova

To me, T Mobile was the worst carrier experience ever. One month I was made to pay 500 dollars for two lines for calling voice mail at one point 40 times in a minute. When I called they forgave some of it; I requested to cancel my service and the offered a 10 dollar discount per month which mysteriously ended 10 months prior to my 2 year contract. I was paying phone insurance and when it broke 1 month before my 2 year contract they said I had to pay 150 deductible to get the same phone...a two year old phone that's worth 5 dollars on gazelle.com! Also, I was getting 15% military discount and when I told them to close my account, I was told this discount did not apply to my last month. As far as service, this was so frustrating that I always had dropped calls or no service at all. If you go T Mobile...Good Luck!

WORST COMPANY EVER

Posted on: October 18th, 2013 by Anonymous

I had Tmobile for 10 years. I just dropped them. For 6 years they were great, but in the past 4 years they have been awful! They do not know how to do their jobs, and when they make mistakes they will not fix them. They kept charging me for a phone I had paid off months before, and everytime I called to have it fixed they would not fix it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I even wrote a letter to their head quarters and the high up people don't care either. Don't ever use Tmobile!

They just keep getting worse!

Posted on: October 18th, 2013 by C M

Four independent contractors in my office have T-Molie service and three have AT&T. Due to something in the building, none of us gets more than one bar on the service signal. Someone with AT&T called AT&T and explained the problem - we have to step outside our office to get signals. AT&T immediately provided a free signal booster. Problem solved. I called T-Mobile with the same problem and was told that we'd have to pay for a signal booster because we don't have the 'right service.' Seriously! So, for all of you out there who are wondering how T-Mobile can provide service without contracts, the answer is simple - they've taken away the little bit of service they actually had. I didn't think a company could go from worse to worse, but T-Mobile has proven me wrong. Can't wait to read about the buy-out or bankruptcy in the financials. Clearly, they can't last operating like this. As a side note to T-Mobile: sending your customer service responsibilities to foreign countries only serves to makes your customers angrier. If you are remain compelled to do this, the least you can do is teach your new employees about the American culture. No amount of apologizing, being nice and repeating what I just said will ever replace good customer service. Bring it back home where it belongs.

poor poor poor

Posted on: October 16th, 2013 by Satia K. Manik

I called 611 to close one of my number because I don't need that anymore, it is around 4 days after billing cyclice. When I said I don't need the number anymore it should mean the number and the service has to be cut off as soon as possible. But what happened is the number was kept active until the next billing cycle which mean I have to pay for the full month. The representative didn't not give option between cut off automatically or keep active until billing cycle, which the options are available when I called second time. so bad. It is cheap, but poor signal and poor service !

horrible service, worst customer care

Posted on: October 13th, 2013 by Foroud Sharegh

I was with t mobile for the last eight years. At the beginning they were okay, but they kept getting worse and worse. Over the last year, the service was so bad that we couldn't even make a phone call without disconnecting at least 5 times. We called several times to resolve the issue, but they kept telling us that things will get better when they completely switch to 4G. Finally after spending hours and hours with customer care and wasting so much time, we decided to pay almost $400.00 and get out of our contract. They did not even for once tried to accommodate. We have Sprint now and so far all is great.

Surprising results

Posted on: October 13th, 2013 by Larry Myers

I'm new to TMobile and wasn't expecting cs to be as good as my old carrier. I've had reason to call TM customer service on several occasions for various questions, and the response I got was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and factual. Not sure why the bad reviews, but I can only add my experience as a definite plus.

Worst Customer Service EVER!

Posted on: October 8th, 2013 by Alexander Azikov

I wanted to buy new phone and decided to try T-Mobile, 'cause the prices for phone were really nice. It was a big mistake! I've ordered Galaxy Note 2 online. And all I got two weeks later is an empty package. I called customer service. It was a nightmare. I was spending almost an hour on hold every day for 3 days, when they were trying to solve my problem transferring me from one department to another. First, they opened investigation claim, then they said they would send me new phone and refund me the amount of the previous order, once investigation is complete. It was fine with me, because I knew that the phone would never be activated through my account. Second, while confirming the order they never bothered to ask which address I want it delivered to, but the worst part was that they called me the next day and asked me how I want to be charged for the full amount of the previous order, which I never got!!! They don't seem to have any records of my previous problem case, their departments don't seem to talk to each. I was on hold with them for more than 40 minutes, and they said that there is nothing they can do, until investigation is over. I was being treated like a criminal. I've never ever had such a horrible experience with any other company as T-Mobile. I'm never gonna use T-Mobile again and advise everybody I know to stay away from T-Mobile as far as possible.
