LOUSY SERVICE DON'T REPLY TO PROBLEMS

Beware they send you a text with special offers that don't work,text them 5 times and they completely ignored them. Don't try phoning because you will be pressing so many numbers and putting in so much information you will end up utterly confused. If you want a fair easy to contact company this is not the one in fact it would be the last one to use but then you would be better getting rid of your mobile phone to save all the ignorance and hassle this load of clowns gives you

I placed and order online, and never received my order. T-mobile had canceled my order, because they didnt enter my address correctly. So they cancel my order, but never returned my $110.75 back to my card. I contact the company over the period of 3weeks. I got hung up on a number of times and got the run around the majority of it. I finally had to call my bank account to dispute the charge and get my funds returned. This was such a horrible experience, when you try to to bussiness with a company but they shaft you for your money. I really cant believed this happend but it did, and i was a nightmare. Do not do any business with this Company, Run away.

Not so valuable customer

Store does not talk to the ones you call on the phone. Several shady charges. If you apply a new service you get charged for it but do not receive the service until you call. Poor quality service with dropped calls and crackly signal. Even calls in network are terribad and hard to understand.

T-Mobile Customer support is the worst till now I have experienced.

I requested for Simple Choice plan and the representative ordered somehow Prepaid plan and when I called them to rectify the mistake they ordered again a Simple Choice plan and asked me to pay for both Pre-paid plan and Simple Choice plan for the same month.Also, they gave a new number to me which I wasn't aware of.The Customer service managers are so rude they will say that we understand your problem but we cannot so anything about that.

t mobile is pathetic.service was ok for about a month. then no service or internet at the house unless I'm hooked up to my wifi. t mobiles bullshit excuse is we are in a known service impaired area and they are working on it. a year later you get the same story. I guess half this town is a known service impaired area cause service is horrible all over town. and its not like we are in BFE. this is a town of 170,000 on a major interstate. run the other way from t mobile. was dissapointed I could'nt give them less than one star

DON'T EVEN BOTHER!!!

So I work at chipotle and they said i was going to get 12% off my next bill and on.... did not happen. they said no extra charges/taxes were going to be applied for the rest of my bill... just got my bill with like $50 charges not even specified!! service sucks!!!! do not use them!! i prefer metro pcs over this 100 times or aio!! its my first month and i regret getting them.

T Mobile is 100% jacked up. Do not use them.

I have been with T Mobile for 28 months. In those 28 months they have tried to double charge my account 13 times. I have not once been late on a bill and after 28 months I still don't have the better pricing options on phones. I don't actually get service where I work, my phone resets itself once a week now, it turns off w/ a full charge and when I turn it back on it says I have zero battery and turns off again and T Mobiles customer service has told me that essentially I am SOL, I have called customer service multiple times about these issues. I went into a T Mobile store two weeks ago to once again try and get a phone with zero money down since I need one and don't have the money to put up front.They told me because I am military, I automatically qualify for the better pricing options. Well after two hours they told me to come back on another day. I came back and again was told my account hadn't been updated. This happened two other times until I was finally told I actually do not qualify because I am military......what the hell? This company does not care about its customers, it does not care if your phone stops working through no fault of your own.

terrible customer service

Changed my address with them 3 months in a row and they still sent bill to old address.Since I didn't get my bill I took my phone number to straight talk, they are great. I will never deal with them again. Customer service is terrible. So glad I left them.

BAD!!!!!!!!

I've been a Tmobile customer for 10 years, had to switch to different carrier due to drop calls, no internet service etc etc and all this in the middle of Chicago area, anyway I received my final bill which I paid, and today I got another final bill for additional $100. When I called Tmobile I heard some b.s that is in the terms and conditions after porting your number to different carrier one is responsible for a bill for additional month (so far I did not find that info) I asked to speak to the manager, so she put some Leon on the phone who could not speak English, and the only thing I received was a terrible customer service. STAY AWAY FROM T-MOBILE!!!!!!!!!
