I had to port my number from my employer, and was told by the rep, that the contract would be month to month, with no termination fee if I didn't like the service. Well, the service was unpredictable, as in two days in DC where my texting didn't work at all. So I switched to Verizon, and now am being harassed for a termination fee. I followed the process to contest the fee, and they sent me a letter basically calling me a liar. I asked the rep more than once about any termination fee, and was told over and over that my plan did not have a termination fee. I will probably have to pay the fee so that it does not affect my credit, but I am really angry. Do not do business with T-Mobile. They are unprofessional and lack integrity. Spread the word. I only gave them one star because you can't give a zero. Also, when you call their customer service, you cannot even understand them because they are all stuffed into a room with many other people shouting into the phone. Those poor people who work for this company, I feel bad for them, must be terrible working conditions...

I have had the service for a year now. Had to replace about 3 phones and the last one they told me if I had to send it back I would have to pay for it. I can't wait till my 2-year contract ends, so I can tell this high-price company where they can put their phone. I haven't been happy at all with the service, but the customer service workers are nice people

I had T-Mobile in 2 coverage areas Mount Vernon and Burke Va. Both areas were poor coverage. I kept calling in about drop calls and echo on the line . I had 5 phones sent to me. I contact so many engineers and fax headquarters. I ask to get out of my contract. I kept getting the run around. I had a signal booster at both location and that didn't do any good. It was suppose to have 5 bars. The Mount Vernon Location 1 bar and burke 2bars. I would have to call somebody 11 times. Customer Service was poor. My contract is up Nov 2014. So I ended on Jan 2014. T-Mobile has just sent me a bill with charges I didn't make. I found out I have to send my phone back after I spend money on apps and I payed for this phone. They are ripping me off. T-Mobile is a rip off and there coverage area is poor in Va.

I have been with T-mobile for 6 years, but their service is mediocre. The few times I had questions regarding the warranty on the phone or third party charges, they either said I was out of luck, or would have to pursue it myself. I would change phone service, but I have one of the cheaper plans, However, if ever I upgrade to a smart phone or such, I will not be using T-mobile service.
