Would Not Recommend to a friend.

No to T-Mobile!

Do not get 'bait and switched' into any sort of T-mobile plans. I rolled over from Verizon with T-Mobile's advertisement that buys you out of your existing contract. I have 5 devices on my account and went from paying 287 through Verizon to what I was told was going to be 240 through T-Mobile. I knew T-Mobile's coverage wasn't as good as Verizon, but was going to live with it to save $47 per month/564 per year. For whatever reason, my bill is now 275/month so I was lied to about the cost of T-Mobile. I've spent a couple hours on the phone with them trying to figure out why it's more expensive than what they told me to no avail. I finally was transferred over to their loyalty department and they aren't able to help me on the price either, so I guess their loyalty department only works when somebody is ready to leave T-Mobile....and I can't really leave them unless I want to pay for all of these devices so I'm out of luck! Also, they messed up transferring my lines over, so I was blessed enough to spend 4 hours on the phone fixing the mess. Now that we have had the phones for a couple months, we find out their coverage map is very deceiving. While traveled regionally, we've come to realize internet service is pretty spotty and phone service is also spotty in smaller/medium sized towns. If you zoom in on their coverage maps it shows their true coverage, which is horrible. VERIZON COVERAGE MAPS DO NOT LIE, and I basically always had service wherever I went unless I was in a remote area fishing. Full disclosure....I didn't get sold my T-Mobile plan from any store. We were screwed by their customer service/salesman by phone. I'm only writing this review here because T-Mobile service is horrible and I wouldn't want anyone that I care about to go through what I'm going through.

Terrible!

Just bought a 600 dollar phone and tried their service! My with just went on a trip and the service was horrific. Couldn't even use the phone for over95% of the trip! Dropping this service ASAP!

RIPOFF! DONT SWITCH WITH THEM!!!!!!!!

THey had promised me that each phone line would be like $30 each if I added 3 people on my line. Which I agreed cause it sounded too good to be true. So I went ahead and did it, but this was the worst decision ever! At first I was paying $130 for the first few months, then after that out of nowhere they started adding all these nonsense fees that blew my bill way over the top to $380 a month! I always call t mobile like twice a month and they just started making up stuff. Anyways long story short, a week ago I paid $200 then in a couple of days from now i HAVE to pay another $200 for my late month, THEN 2 days from that my bill is due for $380 bucks! Just for 3 lines. Thats a total of $780 bucks this whole month! My car payment is less than this crap. I do not recommend!

They lost my entire life!

13 years with this company, how stupid am I??!! Worst coverage ever, but I stayed for the price. Get what you pay for! Took the average upgrades which sucked. Then went to Galaxy s4..trouble from the first week , many calls to customer service. Tonight they were gonna solve all of my problems.. Yup, they lost everything from my phone, everything for 13 years. I am a realtor, my life and lively hood is in my phone. Fourth frantic call back, I got my contacts, but no text messages which have pertinent information...thanks tmobile for making my life a torment...should have listened to my son years ago to switch to Verizon which I what I plan to do tomorrow!

rip off scamming thiefs

Im on the daily rate plan and have gotten charge 5-10 multiple times when infa t I use the 2 a day plan for work. When I called them multiple times they told me that they cannot credit any money and am sorry for the inconviene e. The supervisor said the same thing. They keep steeling money from my account and M stRting a law suit for the thect and already begun the process of prezsing chrges. Biggest P.O.S company with false advertisment and people who dont know what they are doing. Im swit hing to att from now on. Beware people

DON'T USE T-MOBILE EVER!!!!!

It took 2.5 months to get my daughter off my plan (she went to verizon) even thou all my calls and comments/requests were their notes (First Customer Service Rep told me). 3rd Customer Rep demanded payment anyway until I got a supervisor to delete overcharges. I then terminated service, They continued to charge me for months, I refused to pay, now in collections. All my requests to terminate service is in their notes.

T MOBILE IS THE BIGGEST SCAM ON THE MARKET. THEY COLLECT HUGE AMOUNT MONEY WITHOUT HARD COPY OF ANY BILL. CUSTOMER SERVICE LOCATED IN ASIA NOT POSSIBLE TO UNDERSTAND THEM NO ACCES TO ON LINE SERVICE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY RAISED THEY PRICES ON FIXED CONTRACT TWICE AVOID AT ANY COST !!!!!

They Lie to make you Switch

I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile as they told me that I can make international roaming call for free if I was connected to wifi. They sold me an iPhone5. Now I have huge bill where they are denying their claims by saying the the iPhone does not support wifi calls (the phone they sold me) and that if you roam too much you become a high roamer; therefore, free wifi roaming does not apply. Do not trust them and do not switch to t-mobile. You will regret it.

Sad Organization

After 4 replaced Samsung Galaxy S4 phones I discovered the solution to 2 problems. T-Moble and Samsung do not know the solution. There is no way I can get those solutions to them. They have the worst communication system of any company I've dealt with in my life.
