We haven't heard much about the HTC U12 to date, but today we may be getting some of the first details on the follow-up to HTC's 2017 flagship.
A device that's said to be the HTC U12, codename "Imagine", was recently shown off at a Taiwan 5G Industry Alliance meeting. The phone is obscured, but we can see that it appears to have an 18:9 display and on-screen navigation buttons.
Spec details for the HTC U12 are still a mystery, but if this is indeed a successor to the U11, expect it to have flagship-tier features. Specs like a Quad HD display and Snapdragon 845 processor are certainly possible for the U12.
HTC hasn't said anything about the U12 or dropped any teasers for the device. The HTC U11 made its debut in mid-May 2017, so it's possible that we're still a few months out from the debut of the U12. That doesn't mean there won't be leaks of the HTC U12 before then, though, so stay tuned.
