Are you Verizon customers jealous of the rumors that Samsung's Galaxy Note II may headed for the other three big U.S. carriers? Well you don't need to be envious any longer, as a new report claims that Big Red will be getting a Galaxy Note II of its own. BriefMobile has been told by a source that Verizon's Galaxy Note II will be coming under the model number SCH-I605. The tipster also shared a screenshot from a device that's listed as the SCH-I605, complete with Android 4.1.1 in tow. It's said that Verizon's Note II will feature a quad-core Exynos processor and 4G LTE connectivity, and the device's body is said to be similar to that of the international Note II, but with Verizon branding "all over." A U.S. Cellular variant of the Galaxy Note II is also reportedly in the works.
As I've mentioned before, Samsung launched the Galaxy S III on AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular and Verizon here in the U.S., so it makes sense that the company would like to do the same with the Galaxy Note II. And after each carrier's Galaxy S III retained the same look and feel as the international model, it wouldn't be a surprise to see the same thing happen with the Note II. Unfortunately for all of the large screen lovers out there, there's no word yet on precisely when these Galaxy Note II variants will be launching, though BriefMobile claims that an official announcement could be going down soon. Until we hear more, you can find some photos posted online from the SCH-I605 at the Flickr link below.
