Granted, the device can be purchased unlocked from Best Buy and other various online resellers, however the wait for a carrier subsidized Nokia E71 has been a long one. Much to the pleasure of Nokia fans, the device has finally arrived on two North American carriers: Rogers in Canada, and Cincinnati Bell in the United States. In Canada, the phone is $99.99 on a three-year agreement, while the device is free (after $100 rebate) with a two-year agreement in the US. Of note, Rogers appears to be carrying both colors, whereas Cincinnati Bell is only carrying it in white at the moment.
So, if you're in within the coverage areas of these carriers, stop in and grab the device. We're envious already!
