The good: Never drop a call
The bad: Messages sometimes show up late
Summary: I've had Verizon wireless for years. Much better than ATT. I can't remember the last time a call was dropped; however there are times that messages mystereously show up days later.
The good: Good family plans, plenty of minutes. Love the in network=free aspect.
The bad: Have problems with dropped calls sporadically.
Summary: Overall, I am pleased with the service provided to me and my family by Verizon Wireless. I have been in situations when I have not been able to get a signal, but generally this is not a problem.
The good: Tough phone, decent interface, looks good, overall good reception
The bad: Interface (has a few bugs), vibrate option flawed
Summary: Overall, the phone is great. It's much more durable than those trendy RAZR's and other slim phones on the market, yet it's also packed with features. Also, the design of the physical phone isn't really one that will get outdated.
My biggest annoyance with this phone though is that it has no option for vibrate AND ring, only an option for vibrate THEN ring.
The good: Its Sexy, sophiticated and cool lookin
The bad: Its not cheap
Summary: I feel that this is what all phones should use as a standard. It just seem futuristic
The good: Pretty stable
The bad: Not very attractive design and bulky
Summary: It was a pretty good phone and the service was okay but not very attractive. Bery bulky and the apps cost to much to dowlnload. Overall I give it a C.
The good: I have very few dropped calls.
The bad: I don't have service in some weird places when I am inside buildings.
Summary: I have had my Verizon prepaid phone for quite some time now. I haven't had too many problems with it except the occasional out of service when I am inside of buildings. I guess Rochester, NY is quite old and service simply can't get to you when you are inside sometimes.
The good: Great service. Very good customer service in the experience that we have had.
The bad: Every time we go to "a city", (we're quite rural), we have to remember to update our cells manually by dialing into their system and updating so we continue to get good reception. (This updates the info in the phones).
Summary: We have found Verizon to be the best carrier for our area. We have some spots where it won't pick up any service, but it is overall better than the other carriers we've tried in the past. I like our service, overall.
The good: Alot of great features. That's why I bought it. I love using the camera and the recorder. It's great.
The bad: While the pictures are great... the videos are too short to really even take them. I think you only get like 10 seconds per video. Really not enough if you ask me.
Summary: If you're looking for a good phone this is it. I've had mine for 2 years now and I haven't had a problem with it yet.
The good: Coverage Area
Customer Service
The bad: They don't seem to get the new phones to market as quickly as other providers
Summary: Verizon Wireless seems to have the others beat in coverage area. I can get a signal where my friends that have Sprint or AT&T can't.
The good: Affordable family plans, easy approval even with past bad credit history, friendly customer care representatives.
The bad: Often lose signal, end up "roaming" and using Cellular One towers while traveling within the same city.
Summary: T-Mobile seemed like a great company. They are well know, and approval for service was easy. My husband and I filed for bankruptcy several years ago, and it continues to "haunt" us when applying for credit. However, the service of T-Mobile is not very dependable. Even while traveling short distances in my area, we lose a signal. Other times, a signal is available-- from Cellular One's towers! Although roaming is included with our plan so we're not paying anything extra for it, it's an inconvenience. We have to dial the area code while roaming in order to make a call. We have no access to our voicemail while roaming. Overall, I would not recomment T-Mobile to others in my area because of poor reception.
The good: It is a good phone that picks up well. I would recommend it to anyone. It has a long lasting battery and a good signal.
The bad: Don't ever get it wet. I have lost two phones because of this problem.Just a little bit of dampness on it will ruin it.
Summary: It is a very good phone but, don't ever get it wet. I dried it out for days on the air conditioner vent and it still wouldn't work. I suggest you have insurance on this product.
The good: beautiful screen. acceptable photos. great overall service despite not having an extendable antenna
The bad: speaker phone could be louder. some people have problems with the buttons
Summary: I purchased this phone a day after it came out and have no major complaints with it at all. I have fairly large hands and dont have trouble with the number keys but maybe its because i had the not well designed kyocera se44 slider for a couple years.
A friend of mine purchased this phone after using mine quite a bit and he has been happy with it. It is a surprisingly durable little phone. Ive dropped mine twice. once on concrete once on a wood floor and it has a small nick on it but the phone didnt even shut off. The friend of mine left his phone outside, fully opened, in the rain, soaking in a puddle for all of six hours. He took the back and battery off and set it under a fan for a day. It works fine, didnt even bother the camera.
The good: good on everything
The bad: from time to time it cuts out
Summary: it's some , convenient to use , can talk to any one any where, save phone numbers for you,has picture display, many different carrying cases for itI just like it a lot so far
The motorola c139 is a nice simple cell phone stylish easy to use with the exception of menu navigation which I found confusing but aren't most of them that way. A good value or the money.
The good: cheap and durable was going to get razor but something about it caught my eye
The bad: the phone has one down side finger prints
Summary: the phone it self is really nice. hands free with bluetooth and unlimited songs if your freinds send them to u. I have yet have any probelems with my phone and by the looks of it i wont.
The good: fancy, qwerty keyboard, motorola menus
The bad: low memory(non-upgradable), easy to break
Summary: I have had this phone for a quite number of years now. It used to be a flagship phone of $300 with a 1 year activation plan, but I got this in a Chinatown. When I got this circa 2004, this phone was at the top of the food chain compared to all the RAZRs and Chocolates we see today. During the end of the first year plan, the phone's microphone died on me, so I had to get it replaced. In a couple of months later, the battery did not charge. So I must say the durability sucks. I am using my 3rd Motorola A630 right now. It's still stylish but it's features are low compared to today's standards. It can handle bluetooth and mp3's but only to a limited MB capacity of 2 i believe.
The good: Unlimited air time-unlimited long distance for around $55.00 a month-pre-paid
The bad: what could be wrong with a deal like this ?
Summary: I love this service. I perchased my phone from them, got the service started and I'm very HAPPY.No credit check no hassle. Try this plan I'm sure you'll love it as much as I do.
The good: Two seperate phones and numbers, 250 rollover minutes, no roaming or long distance charges
The bad: About $10.00 a month in taxes
Summary: After having Cincinnati Bell Wireless for several years, which we could not use from our home, we found out that Cingular Wireless had activated a tower near our home. We switched to Cingular and now can take full advantage of the free long distance calling, our son and his family live out of town.
The good: Small, flip phone, easy to use
The bad: Hard to navigate thru the menus sometimes
Summary: In short, I like the phone, just wish it was easier to navigate thru the menus. But I have had it for almost two years and have had no problems.
The good: good sound, good picture, good memory, good battery life
The bad: scratchable
Summary: i bought this phone couple months ago. i put music in there(512mb of memory). this phone is really great because of the good picture and great sound when you play the music. in addition it have great quality life, you can use this phone for days without recharging it.
