The good: good customer service
The bad: high prices
Summary: Cigular is totally no bad I mean I've had cingular for about 3 years and my parents about ten. I can't believe people would put down cingular!!!! No dropped calls even when I'm underground I get reception. I live near the hills and I always get service.
The good: good service and walkie-talkie
The bad: Not bluetooth
Summary: This is a good phone as far as the first hybrid phone from the two companies, but the phone is not bluetooth. The future phones will be better, but for right now I will get this phone.
The good: Great service, very easy to handle, small compatible and its a good phone for a low and cheap price
The bad: Breaks very easily, easy to lose, and its way too thin
Summary: The Motorola Razor is overall a very good phone to buy there may be some down falls but the pros over the cons win. Many phones don't have the qualities of the Motorola Razor, it gives you many options to choose from.
The good: Great reception, battery life and appearance
The bad: No Internet or Pre-Installed Games (but it's not an expensive phone either)
Summary: This is an upgrade of the LG VX-3400. It's called, "The Hippo" because of its appearance. If you lay it flat on a table, it has the appearance of a "hippo." Very cute. I have had many compliments on it.
The good: Almost always have a signal, only 3 or 4 dropped calls in 2 years, good phones, decent customer service, great corporate discounts available (i.e. I get a discount even though I don't use my VZW phone for work)
The bad: Stores are always crowded because, while their customer service is generally pleasant, their employees don't move too quickly and everything (technical service, new service, upgrades) takes tooooooo long.
Summary: Verizon is far and away the best carrier available in the Northeast. I had Sprint for two years and had terrible reception and then Cingular for two years with even worse reception. I've literally had only 3 or 4 dropped calls in my time with Verizon, though I will admit that their reception on Cape Cod isn't as good as Cingular's.
The good: Customer Service, Calling Plans, My Faves, No Roaming, Nationwide
The bad: Variety of phones
Summary: I have had the best experiences dealing with customer service, they are always helpful! The calling plans are more affordable and more extensive than other companies that I research before joining. I have a great phone, I just wished there were a few more choices. But the my faves compatibility with the phones are understandable when it comes to selection!
The good: large screen, lots of memory, very flexible especially with add-ons such as wifi & gps
The bad: short battery life, short battery life; oh, and did I mention short battery life?
Summary: Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. I've been able to add on software & hardware to make this ppc even more powerful and useful. I can sync up at work and at home, so I never forget those important meetings and to do items. I have everything at my finger tips. My husband teases me that I find my ppc more useful than him!!
I have had the blackjack for a couple of months and love it. Im still trying to figure out several of the options and the user guide is no help. The screens are very user friendly.
Once you start service on this phone, everything else, and I mean everything else cost extra. I just wish I could load music from my computer.
The good: good reception, good features, easy to use,
The bad: buttons a bit too small for me.
Summary: This is an all around good phone. I have has 2 others and I have to say that I like this one the best. the only problem that I have is that the buttons are small and I find myself pushing the wrong ones from time to time.
The good: unlimited minutes, great service coverage, and awesome phones
The bad: The store stays crowded and it takes awhile some time to get help.
Summary: I have read some of the reviews written here and find most of them quite amusing. I read someone complained about unlimited minutes not starting before 7. No doubt a sprint rep. Then I read someone else complaining about them not shipping replacement phones. It because you get them at the store. The other good one was cheap phones. Dude you get what you pay for, so go ahead and be cheap and take the free phone.

I love suncom. I would never go back to sprint, verizon or nextel. I have had them all and had a company alltell phone before. I love my Treo and my service and would reccomend suncom to anyone who lives in the southeast and talks alot. They have a nice selection of quality phones and the service is outstanding. There is no such thing as the perfect cell phone company but suncom is pretty close.
Everytime i call into NTelos customer service I am treated like a brand new customer. I love the one-on-one that i get with the company. I have been with several other companies and no other can compare. I love the unlimited minutes and text messaging that I cant get anywhere else. Highly recommend to all!
The good: No contract
txt only 5 cents
Coverage is good
The bad: Expensive.
Summary: It is expensive. It cost 99 cents per day, plus 25 cent connection fee, plus 10 cents a minute. This costs more thatn adding al ine. Just add a line for 9.99, it pays in the long run even if the phone is more.
The good: Small without case.
Has lens cover for camera.
The bad: Big with case.
No bluetooth.
Just 3 hrs. of talk time
Summary: This is a nice phone. It is small without the case. It has many features, including a camera. The animations are nice. I would reccomend this phone to anyone with a small budget. It should last at least 2 years.
The good: Ergonomics
The bad: None
Summary: The Motorola v176 (NET10) phone is an EXCELLENT phone that does what it's supposed to do with great clarity and many extra features to boot! We have the Motorola v170 and this phone is much improved over the v170. So if you're in the market for a clamshell type phone over the candy bar type, I highly recommend the Motorola v176.
The good: Compact, Light-weight, Durable, Fast-long lasting charge, Large LCD screen, Excellent reception, Bluetooth capable, Good voice recognition software, Great ear piece and ring volume, External buttons / controls, Speaker phone, Text & picture messaging
The bad: Lack of accessories, PC support / data transfer, Camera resolution
Summary: If you're not crazy about flip-phones, this little slider is a great choice. It's small form factor allows you to carry it almost any where and the vibrate function is a great plus in noisy environments. I am hard on cell phones and have dropped this little sucker several times on hard floors with nothing more than a nick. The large LCD screen is crisp and clear and the large dialing font is great for elderly eyes like mine. The reception has been great even in the boonies where my sister lives. She has a Nokia model that constantly drops calls, where as my 420 rocks on. I also like the voice recognition settings and command choices.

The camera has an activate button on the side, which is great but the camera itself is a little cheesy. The highest resolution (640 x480) isn't the best and under certain lighting conditions, pics come out yellowish brown. If you're a geek and want to explore the internals and data transfer possibilities, such as a contacts list, this may not be the phone for you. I did read one review that said a USB cable for the T809 is compatible using bitpim drivers and he was able to transfer pics. But I have yet to find that cable. I actually called Samsung customer service about this issue. They stated that there is no software or pc connectivity options at this time or planned in the near future (sad). The speaker phone is just fine in low noise environments only, but there are bluetooth speaker kits available for this phone.

Overall I am very pleased with this little slider. I feel the pros more than outweigh the cons and intend to enjoy this little gem for quite some time.
The good: Fairly small, decent reception, unique form factor, nice screen
The bad: Unreliable keypad, mediocre battery life, very slow user interface, low-tech voice dialing
Summary: I've had 2 of these phones over the last 2 years (Sprint replaced the first because of keypad problems that eventually cropped up on the 2nd... unreliable detection of keypresses, frustrating for text messages.) The phone is also painfully slow to respond when you hit keys after it's been idle, or to end a call and allow you to make another. It does have decent voice quality and tolerable bluetooth performance IF you get the right headset (Moto worked for me, Jabra that works great with Samsung sounded awful on this one.) Back to Samsung this time around.
The good: Rollover minutes, mobile to mobile
The bad: No family or friends calling plan additions. Dropped Calls and bad reception in our home. Certain phones are not insurable, but they don't tell you that when you buy the phone.
Summary: Customer service is pretty decent, never had to wait to long to speak to anyone. They are bit clueless about some of the plan add ons. I was told text messages were apart of a data plan for my Treo, but found out that they weren't when I got the bill. They did credit back some of them that were on the first bill, but not the ones on the second bill....even though they were from the same time period. We bought 2 treo's and now one of them has a bleeding in the screen, but Cingular won't replace it. They say the bleed voided the warranty and the only way to get another phone is to pay $400 to replace it. The Cingular store where we bought the phones told us we would have call CS to get insurance, but once we called we found that our Treo's were not insurable. Now we only paid $150 for each of them. I told them I would switch providers if they could come up with a way to help me. Well, my total bill is usually $170 for the service and the add ons. I guess they don't want my business, because they keep saying I need to spend over $300 for another phone. I will really hate not to be able to use my Treo, but I think I found a cheaper plan for my family with Alltel and they have the my circle. I will save about $60 a month if I switch!!!
I received the Nokia N93 just in time to take it with me on vacation to Kauai, HI. As it turns out, there couldn't have been a better test scenario for Nokia's flagship "Multimedia Computer." The N93 was made for vacations - or anywhere else you might have a need for top-quality imaging and mobile communications. More a camcorder with cell phone capabilities than a phone with a camera built-in, the N93 boasts a 3.2 megapixel Carl Zeiss camera with auto focus, optical zoom
The good: For some reason, some features are different from the black one. For instance, the speakerphone. I guess LG made improvements with the white, mint, and cherry chocolate phones. I read alot of negative reviews concerning this phone and battery life also--I honestly have no problems with it. I charge it every night and it's never died on me. I'm always using the navagation, using the internet, listening to music... etc. features that would kill my battery and it puts up with my abuse pretty well.
The bad: I bought the Music Essentials Kit for this phone which allows you to transfer music to the phone from a computer and visa versa. Unfortunately, you can't transfer music as ringtones so you'll always have to pay for new ones. I wish they sold accessories for it somewhere other than the internet.
Summary: I bought the phone while it was $40+ all of the darn charges which totaled up to about $70. Overall, still a great deal. If I could change my mind on buying this phone, I wouldn't. Great phone, cool features, and a great size.
The good: Great! Has LED flashlight! Easy To Use and Looks Good!
The bad: Slower Software But..
Summary: The software is pretty slow on this phone. But its only slow if u use some of the custom graphics for menus and stuff. besides that i love this phone and wouldnt trade it for anything!
