The good: Light weight, easy to use, battery time is excellent
The bad: Case is fragile
Summary: I have had the phone for 4 years now and hasn't failed me. Generally Nokia phones are good.
The good: it has one set rate per month, with many different packages
The bad: you have to live in certain areas to get service, sometimes it is hard to hear the person you are talking to.
Summary: MetroPCS offers a way for you to control your monthly cell phone bill. You know what your bill will be and exactly when it is due, with several options on receiving your bill. They also have several packages available. Also, you must live in certain areas to get the service. Overall I would recommend trying metropcs.
The good: It picks up at my home and my other phones didn't.
The bad: There are a lot of places I can go on my way to work that I get no service
Summary: The only thing I would like is to not have have to pay so much for ringtones and other things to make my phone " me "
The good: Its the most durable phone I have ever had. It takes great pics. It's awesome all around.
The bad: none
Summary: I would recommend this product to anyone who has small children, from babies to teens.I would also recommend it to people who consider themselves clumsy. it is the best in my oponion.
The good: Clear reception around McKellips & Hayden area
No dropped calls
The bad: More expensive than other carriers
Poor phone choices
Questionable billing
No loyalty or customer retention packages to re-sign up
Summary: Overall the phone service has been good. I am looking at signing up with someone else due to expense, poor phone choices and questionable billing over calls I don't believe I made or recieved, but can't prove. They won't compromise. Too bad because I really hate to leave them otherwise. No customer retention breaks.
The good: It has a great streamline, razor-like look but without the razor fad. It also has an MP3 player unlike the razor. The keypad has a much more classier look than the razor but still has a touch of sophistication because of the chrome-metal look. The camera is also great quality and I love how it is protected.
The bad: I have absolutely no Cons about this phone, it is a great phone!
Summary: I would recommend this phone to anybody. Someone who is getting their first phone, or someone who just wants a great new phone. Don't join in on the razor fad, get a better looking and a better quality, LG CU500!
The good: screen, camera, size
The bad: side buttons, belt clip
Summary: The camera feature on this phone does a pretty impressive job. Reception for me is lacking, but could possibly be due to my location. I find that the side button to activate the manner mode is too easy to accidently push. It seems too difficuly to get this phone out of the belt clip.
The good: Small, relatively easy to operate
The bad: Volume is difficult to get right
Voice quality is bad.
Summary: I'm not a person who needs or wants a lot of fancy gadgets. I don't even have a desire to own a camera phone. My biggest problem with this phone is that I can adjust the volume setting to one that I am pleased with. It's either too loud, or I can't hear. The voice quality is very poor in my opinion. Would never want to use this as my only phone.
The good: unlimited calls to anywhere long distance or local. they have local payment center's near you. Easy to use.
The bad: Can only use in your calling area. Dropped calls, only from what I heard. Sometimes doesn't have great connection. Phone's can be expensive to buy.
Summary: I actually really like my phone with Cricket. We are able to call our family in other state's. We can talk as long as we like. We have not had any problems with our phone. Sometimes the clarity isn't great. But my mother has more dropped calls than I and she is with another service. We would like to have a plan like this and be able to travel to other states. Like in a few weeks we will be traveling to Houston and we won't be able to bring our phone to use for emergencies. Otherwise it is a great phone!!!
The good: I have never had any problems with Sprint. They have always been able to handle my concerns fairly quickly and the price I pay is perfect for all the nice features I receive.
The bad: For some reason where I live I only get one bar even though I am only 2 miles from the Interstate.
Summary: Overall, I will continue my business with Sprint because I am very satisfied with the service, phone, and price. My two year contract is up fairly soon and I am looking forward to upgrading my phone and signing on for there new power vision.
The good: small enough to carry, but not so small it gets lost in my purse
The key pad is easy enough to use, I like the speaker phone, it works very well.
The bad: It is to easy to cover up the antena with your hand, since it is on the back of the phone where you normally hold the phone
Summary: I would reccomend this phone for those that are needing to purchase a little cheaper phone, as long as you make sure to hold your hand correctly, it works fine
The good: We almost never lose a signal and the price and range of plans fit us perfectly. The sales associates at the local Owensboro store work so hard to help all the customers with any concerns they may have. One young lady in particular, Christina, has helped us since our first cell phone purchase. She has always provided us with up to date information on new plans which may serve us better. We have no intention of ever changing carriers. We feel we already have the very best company available.
The bad: The few times we have had to speak to representitives over the phone, they do not seem to have the knowledge and devotion to customer service that our local dealer has given us.
Summary: We now have a family plan with our son and my sister and they wouldn't change companies for anything.
The good: The size, styling and weight are terrific. The screen is clear and vibrant, and the voice quality is the best I've ever had. I find the navigation fairly intuitive.
The bad: The battery takes a long time to charge, and the life is nowhere near that of BlackBerry (which spoiled me), even with the "large" battery. It has required me to change my habits and charge up much more frequently. I purchased an additional charger to keep in my suitcase so I won't ever forget it.
Summary: I would highly recommend it. I didn't rate quality/durability since I've only had it for two weeks, but I will add that it has survived 2 three or four foot drops onto a hard surface.
The good: Works across the country.
The bad: Doesn't work well in my stupid apartment!!
Summary: My phone service was fantastic in MA!! Even worked in northern Maine. Now that I'm in Indy though, doesn't seem to be working out of my apartment. Tired of dropping calls!
The good: small and thinner than most phones of this kind, easy to see ect
The bad: not very many feminine cell phone covers out there for it
Summary: Love the lighted keypad and all the extras that come along with this phone.
The good: The buttons are a good size.
The bad: The # 6 sticks.

Summary: For the phone being a fairly basic model it is not particularly easy to operate. Also I've had this model for about 6 months and it is not getting heavy usage and as stated the #6 sticks.
It may or may not make contact. I can live with that for now. Fortunately, I've never had an emergency where it has become critical.
The good: slim design - can fit in your tight jeans
The bad: glass lens - breaks easily
Summary: I hate my razr. My husband dropped it the first day I had it and the screen cracked because it was glass - it wasn't too expensive to fix ($50) though. Another thing I don't like is the volume. It is way too low. If I could, I would return my razr for something else.
The good: easily download media onto phone from phone.

The bad: speaker easily blown

Summary: I used this phone for almost two months but it was used before I got it so that could explain some of the difficulties i had with it. In general it was a pretty good phone, but it doesn't last.
The good: overall great phone
The bad: cant see who is calling until you open phone
Summary: LG 1300 overall great phone, can't see who is calling until you open phone, has alot of ringtones already installed out of box. I would rate it 8 out of ten.
The good: great reception ANYWHERE, great pics, fast text, easy to use
The bad: dull flash
Summary: I love this phone! In the past 3 years I've had 2 and if I ever drop it in the pond agian i'll have another.. highly recomended!!!!!
