The good: Touch screen, keyboard, and everything else, mobile web.
The bad: Touch screen, easy to get used to but hard to use(a little)
Summary: It is a lot better than i expected. the touch screen has its ups and downs. besides that everything else is fine.
The good: Touchscreen is pretty good texting is easy on the front or you can use the keyboard, voice quality is great on it. camrea is pretty good
The bad: Battery life is not the best.
Summary: Overall its a pretty good phone. i think it just needs a little improvement on the battery life other than that. i would recommend getting this phone if you are a crazy texter.
The good: The touch screen, the network is blazing fast, the many features, incredible gps..the sound is lod.. the list goes on
The bad: The camera is funny.. every time i take a pic it says fuzzy picture warning.. maybye its a good thing?
Summary: Its a great phone it has every thing u need for a touch screen phone and mpre, the tv is cool, all the features are great music player and every thing is good
The good: Ability to upload music directly from my computer using 2 ways.. fast sevice and exterior design
The bad: None really..
Summary: The phone is so easy to use youll like it once u get used to it which wont take long. and the plan and price is so much better than phones in its league
The good: No dropped calls anywhere in town. Phone service even works great between Colorado Springs, down to Pueblo and out to Rocky Ford.
The bad: Shared plan has option of 700 minutes then jumps to 1400 minutes. One in between would be nice.
Summary: Switched to Verizon after carrying another cell phone for 4 years. Phones are nicers, call service is better and their customer service reps are more knowledgeable.
The good: Customer Service and plan rates
The bad: Phone selection
Summary: I originally switched to T-Mobile from Verizon b/c I had no bars in the house I had recently moved to. I think T-Mobile has one of the best customer service centers I have ever spoken to. Everyone seems cheerful and happy when I call and they are always willing to help.

I think their coverage has gotten better over the years. I rarely have a dropped call anymore. Also their coverage map on their website is so detailed. It's great.

If they had a better selection of phones I would give them a 5 out 5.
The good: Good battery life, clear sound quality, decent reception, slim, no camera(for those who have jobs that dont allow you to bring in a camera phone ie military)
The bad: Extremely slow text messaging in any mode(tap,t9, or word prediction),very slow applications, the ringer isnt very loud, cant load your own ringtones, the number pad is really cramped especially if you are trying to text, screen quality is really poor
Summary: If all you are going to be using the phone for is calling people then this might be the phone for you. If you like your phone to do anything besides just calling people then it probably wont make you very happy. I text message quite a bit and i have nearly smashed this phone on the ground several times because it is just so slow and laggy. I timed it once when i was texting just a simple "i love you" to my wife. From the time I inputed the text to when the text showed up on the screen it took 37 seconds. Everything else that is weird about the phone I can live with. The texting just makes me furious.
The good: Nice keyboard
The bad: Display conks out. LG doesn't stand behind it.
Summary: On Vacation I turned the phone off while attending a movie, after the movie I turned it back on and only got a white screen. Returned to LG for warranty repair but they would not honor the warranty. When visiting Cell service provider customer immediately in front of me also had the same problem (white screen).
The good: Great camera, fast web browser, sleek, responsive, touchscreen.
The bad: Hard to scroll while on browser, a bit bulky, and will touch icons and call people when left alone in a bag or purse with other items.
Summary: If you want a phone that will be in your hands all day for all your needs, you must have this phone!
The good: Pretty much everything.
The bad: Just a few. It's a bit bulky and somtimes will call people and tap on things while it's in a bag or purse.
Summary: Better than Iphone or glyde- or anything with that. If you want a nice, awsome phone great for texting, get the Voyager today.
The good: Long lasting battery(4 days)
Looks Good
Loud Speaker
Caller ID on front screen
Easy to set up
The bad: Really simple, no extras really
Summary: I've had this phone for over 3 years and I've never had dropped calls or anything like that. Reception can be poor sometimes but you get what you pay for. If all your looking for is a simple phone that you can manage easily then this would be the perfect phone for you.
The good: Texting, email, video, touch screen, querty keyboard
The bad: Kind of big, but none really
Summary: Sweet phone, just got it a few days ago! very happy with the phone.
The good: Great browser, neat menu system, many customizable options, keypad worked great and was easy to use, compact size
The bad: The touch screen was very difficult to use especially in mobile IM, the web browser, and the edges of the screen were hardly ever responsive. Also, because the glyde senses the electricity from your finger, after about a days use, oil from your finger collects on the screen and the electricity travels through the oil on the screen and selects the wrong thing. This wasnt too big of a problem, i just had to wipe the screen off every day. The lock does not lock the screen very well. Every now and t
Summary: The touch screen can very very frustrating. Even though it has a very nice web browser, its slow and hard to select links. Overall, I would not recommend this phone.
The good: Easy to use OS. Fast. The task manager makes it easy to stop programs running in the background, making for faster use. Camera works great. Attractive.
The bad: Reception.
Summary: Best phone Ive ever owned. I didnt get good reception at my house with it, out in the country, but that is samsung phones in general, not just this phone. I have previously owned other samsung phones that gave me the same problem. I bought an antenna booster, which seems to have fixed the issue effortlessly. I would say that the battery life that most have complained about is not that bad. Then again, I NEVER go to sleep without plugging in my phone to the charger anyways, regardless of how much battery is left. I suppose if you were going to be in a dessert, or in the wilderness, without power or a car charging outlet for 3 weeks, you might not like how fast the battery dies. But in my case, Im always at work (where there is an outlet if needed), or in my car (where I have a car charger). Im glad I didnt decide against this phone due to people reviewing it as having a "horrible battery life". So far I havent been disappointed. It hasnt frozen on me, and its relatively easy to use. I think the people who havent been pleased are CEO's who have owned 2,000 dollar smartphones prior to this one or something, because honestly, I havent found a problem with any of its features, or battery life.
The good: It was small and convienient
The bad: It stopped working with my charger.
Summary: I don't know if it was me, the charger, or the phone but the charger stopped working with this phone al the time. I never understood why. I've gone through 5 chargers already. It's a cute phone to have but if this issue happens with you once, GIVE THE PHONE UP NOW!!, it's not worth it.
The good: Excellent messaging qualities, convenient size, easy to use, screen size is great.
The bad: Difficulties with transferring mp3's to ringtones
Summary: I love this phone! its very easy to use and i love the messaging features. its also very stylish and trendy. the picture quality could be a little better but its not bad. the only problem i have had with the phone is that i am not able to transfer my mp3s and set them as ringtones, but overall, this is a very worthy product.
The good: Great texting, very sharp picture quality, sleek, pretty easy to use, big screen
The bad: Charging sucks after a while, bluetooth is worthless, paint chips terribly, and glitches liek none other.
Summary: I've about had it with this phone. i've had mine about 15 months now and at about 13 i couldnt charge it anymore, like the first reviewer said. I dont know why, but it just stopped charging and then i got it replaced, but my provider put in a used charging jack. so now, two months later its unbearable again. the past three days i have been working hard to get the cord jack (what you plug into the phone) at just the PERFECT spot in the phone so that it'll charge. i have to hold it sideways with downwards pressure on the cord for it to charge. Terrible. On top of that, the phone glitches pretty badly and the paint is almost all gone. I can't get cool ringtones frmo my friends cause bluetooth doesnt work. overall- sh!tphone.
The good: Customer service, coverage, and new phone have been great.
The bad: No cons as of yet.
Summary: Just bought a Motorola V950 Renegade model a few days ago. I went with the Simply Everything Plan for $99. With this plan everything is unlimited ( cellular, text, data, direct connect, tv, telenav, etc.) which is ideal for me. I've called customer service a few times for troubleshooting( certain features weren't working) -and Technical Support made sure they stayed on the phone with me until the problem was solved. Technical Support were very professional, polite, confident, and very diligent. I have read a lot of bad reviews of their customer service online over the past months and was quite surprised with how good their customer service actually was. History: I was a Nextel subscriber from 2002-2004 and left to T-mobile to get a sidekick. It was a fun phone to have but had crappy coverage in my apartment. I eventually got a Razr a couple years ago and was bored and wanting to come back to Nextel. So here I am and like I said earlier " so far so good".
The good: Great coverage! Never had a problem with dropped calls!
The bad: They charge too much for the extras
Summary: I've had it for 4 years now, and I have no complaints, when ever they charged me for stuff that wasn't it was taken cared of immediately. They have great phones, none of the cheap ones, The service is great I have excellent coverage, The rollover is very helpful when sometimes I have a crazy month! Just overall great. I've had Sprint and I hated it, I've had Verizon and it was so expensive.
The good: Size, Build, Signal, Clarity
The bad: Should Come with Holster
Summary: This is the best PTT that Verizon offers. The speakers, earpiece and external are clear. The signal strength is great as is the screens, clear and bright.

The build quality of the phone is fine and should last for years.

Highly recommended from a long time user, not a one day complainer!
