The Razer Phone has no 3.5mm headphone jack, meaning you'll have to use the phone's included USB-C-to-3.5mm adapter to listen to music or get some USB-C headphones. If the "new headphones" option sounds more enticing than the "dongle" one, then Razer's got something just for you.
Razer now sells Hammerhead USB-C earbuds on its website. These earbuds include a custom-tuned DAC and 10mm drivers that Razer says will pump out "louder and clearer audio". There are three sizes of ear tips to help you comfortably fit these 'buds into your ears and a flat cable to prevent tangles.
The Hammerhead USB-C earbuds attach magnetically when not in use, and to help you protect the earbuds when carrying them around, Razer includes a custom case.
You can buy the Hammerhead USB-C headphones from Razer's website right now for $79.99.
As I mentioned before, the Razer Phone does include a USB-C-to-3.5mm adapter, so you don't need to purchase these earbuds to listen to music on the device. Some people don't like to deal with dongles, though, because it's an extra thing to remember when you go out and the small adapters can be easy to lose. USB-C headphones eliminate those issues with the Razer Phone, and these Hammerhead earbuds look like they go with the Razer Phone nicely thanks to their knurled exterior and bright green cables.
