Back in September we were introduced to a new BlackBerry 10 "C-Series" device that looked a bit like a shrunken version of the BlackBerry Z30. Fast-forward nearly two months and the unannounced device has leaked out once again, but instead of appearing in more "in the wild" shots, this latest leak comes from BlackBerry's own software.
A CrackBerry forums member named "ofutur" has shared some images of what's thought to be the BlackBerry 10 C-Series smartphone that were pulled from the tutorial section of a recently-leaked BlackBerry 10 OS. The images only show the back of the phone, but they do confirm that it's got a microSD slot while also giving us a good idea of the shape of the C-Series.
Spec details for the C-Series are still fairly light at this point, but the previous leak suggested that it's packing a 4.2-inch 720p display and that it could eventually make its way to Verizon's shelves. Of course, considering BlackBerry's recent announcement that it plans to focus on the enterprise and prosumer markets, there's a chance that this C-Series device may not see the fluorescent light of a retail store. The good news is that we've got these leaked images to satiate our appetites for now. If you're still hungry, you can find a couple more leaked images of the BlackBerry 10 C-Series device at the CrackBerry forums link below.
