Nokia 603, 700, 701
Owners of the Nokia 603, 700 and 701 may want to keep an eye out for some new software heading their way, as Nokia has begun pushing out the Belle Feature Pack 1 to those Symbian-powered devices. The new software is rolling out over the air in stages and contains a number of enhancements. According to a report from All About Symbian, some of the goodies included in Belle FP1 include new widgets, an improved pull-down notifications bar, an updated browser and multitasking view and an increase to the clock speed of all three handsets from 1GHz to 1.3GHz.
Although the majority of Nokia's focus may be on Windows Phone and its Lumia devices, it's good to see the company continue to support its Symbian devices with updates. It's not yet clear if Belle FP1 will be making its way to older Symbian devices like the N8 and C7. If you've got a 603, 700 or 701, though, be sure to let us know when you see the update make its way to your neck of the woods!
