When Sprint and Motorola made the Photon 4G official last month, it was slapped with the vague launch window of "this summer." The good news? That changes today, as an image sent to Android Central has shown that the Photon 4G's availability has been altered in Sprint's systems. The bad news? The new window is just as vague than the previous one. As you can see above, the Photon 4G is now labeled as "Coming Soon" in Sprint's computers.
So when might the Photon 4G launch? Well, it's probably safe to say we can still assume it's coming before summer is up, although that won't happen until late in September. A release sometime in the next month or so is definitely possible but, as anyone that's been following the mobile industry for a good amount of time knows, the definition of "coming soon" can vary from person to person. When we learn more info about the Photon 4G's launch, though, you can be sure we'll let you know! Until then, Aaron's hands-on with the Photon 4G is available below for your viewing pleasure.
