Just a quick heads up for anyone in the hunt for a new cellular provider: Sprint is offering service credits to anyone that ports into their network. Anyone that switches to Sprint and picks up a smartphone will receive a $125 credit after 60 days of use, which can then be applied to your monthly bill. If featurephones are more your speed, you'll still be applicable for a credit, although you'll only be receiving $50 for jumping ship. The offer is good until April 16th, meaning you've got some time to mull things over and wait for one more billing period with your current provider before making the switch.
While $125 may not make much of a dent in the amount you'll end up spending over the lifetime of a two-year contract, this is still a nice way to try and convince folks to jump to the Now Network. Of course, if that's not enough, we're also expecting Sprint to unveil a few new devices at CTIA later this month, which I'm sure will convince more than a few people to defect.
