T-Mobile has kept its lips sealed on launch info for the G-Slate so far, saying only that we can expect the 3D-enabled slate to arrive some time this spring. Today we've got an idea of what the G-Slate could end up costing when it does arrive, possibly as soon as March 23rd, thanks to MobileCity. The online retailer has thrown LG's tablet up on its website with a price tag of $699.99, even allowing customers to pre-order the device if you're so inclined.
Clocking in at a full $100 less than an unsubsidized XOOM, $700 for a G-Slate doesn't seem like a terrible price, especially since you're getting a 3D and 4G-capable tablet for those seven Benjamins. That price is also $30 less than a similarly-equipped iPad, although it's important to remember that Apple has a new version of its tablet that'll debut tomorrow.
