The saga of the HTC ThunderBolt has been fraught with delays and alleged battery life issues, but the evidence of an imminent end is building. First up, we have tipster black_man_x tweeting that "Thunderbolts are go!!!!" The tweet has since been deleted, but hints that the TBolt is ready to be sent to Verizon's brick and mortar stores. Around the same time as that tweet, the folks at GizmoFusion received a tip claiming that the handset is slated to begin arriving in stores early next week. The source went on to say that sales could begin "within days" of the stock's arrival.
We've heard a couple of possible March launch dates for Big Red's first LTE handset lately, but considering this latest bit of information, March 10th seems like the more plausible date. If that day is indeed the one that we'll see the ThunderBolt arrive, we'll likely hear something from Verizon in the middle of next week, so stay tuned for that.
