Remember that Motorola portrait slider running Android that we saw last month? The device, sporting the XT300 name, has reappeared in a decidedly less blurry batch of photos, giving us a better idea of what the device entails. As you can see in the photos, the XT300 is a mid-range looking slider running Android beneath a MOTOBLUR skin that Motorola is apparently still focusing on. There's also a photo of the XT300 sporting the red eye that Verizon's DROID devices are known for. There's still nothing in the way of specs or release info for this handset, but it's good to see Motorola continuing to churn out phones with interesting form factors. Check out more photos and videos of the XT300 in action right here.
It certainly took quite a while for the XT300 to show up again since the last time we saw it was over a month ago, so hopefully it won't be another month before we see this device pop up again. Considering the fact that MOTOBLUR is included, along with what looks to be a smaller screen and QWERTY keyboard, the XT300 looks like a decent mid-range handset for customers diving into the world of smartphones for the first time. With the EVO-like HTC device we saw the other day and now this Motorola device, it certainly seems like Verizon is dominating the Android market as of late. How about spreading the love, Big Red?
