Maybe I'm the only one (oh wait, no, Congress thinks the same as well), but monthly cell phone bills are still entirely too high, even in 2009. Thanks to owning a BlackBerry (and the giant "data plan required" caveat that comes with it) I regularly pay upwards of $120 per month. Bitter? Me? Nah.
Well, maybe I am a bit bitter, particularly when I look at T-Mobile's summer promotional plan, returning yet again this year. For $39.99, the subscriber gets 1,000 anytime minutes, nights and weekends, and nationwide calling with no roaming or long distance. Granted, T-Mobile's network may not be as built out as its competitors, 3G may not be fully deployed yet, and additional services aren't included, but $40 is a steal for 1,000 minutes.
Anyone going to jump on this? Stellar deal, considering $74.99 prior to taxes and fees would get you 1,000 minutes, unlimited data, and unlimited messaging!
