Samsung Galaxy S10 owners, there's a pretty significant update coming your way right now.
Samsung is pushing an update to the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ that improves the in-display fingerprint sensor. The update is a small one, coming in at just 6.9MB, but many Reddit users that've already installed it say that their in-display fingerprint sensor is much improved post-update. "Much better for me now. I readded my fingerprints and I thought it was worth it. Way faster!" wrote one Redditor.
The update will bump your biometrics up to version 2.0.8.4, so if you're not already on that version, be on the lookout for this update to hit your S10 or S10+ in the coming days.
Samsung also appears to be rolling out a larger software update out to its unlocked Galaxy S10, S10+, and S10e models. The updates weigh in at more than 500MB and include the March 1, 2019 Android security patches as well as performance and stability improvements and bug fixes.
