We're getting another early look at the Samsung Galaxy Fold today, but this time it's in more of an unofficial capacity.
A new video has surfaced that gives us a good look at the Samsung Galaxy Fold in the wild. The model shown is an AT&T version, and the video is meant to show how it can be unlocked for use on other carriers. The clip also happens to show off the Galaxy Fold in both its folded and unfolded states.
In the two-minute video, we get to see a person flick through the Galaxy Fold's user interface a bit and show off the hardware. The video also shows a visible crease down the middle of the Galaxy Fold's internal display. It was previously said that such a crease could appear after the phone had been folded 10,000 times, but considering that the Galaxy Fold was just announced last month and isn't yet available for purchase, it seems unlikely that this particular unit has been folded that much.
We've seen the Galaxy Fold in action a couple of times so far, but this video is notable because it's one of the first times that we're getting a look at the foldable phone that's not an official video from Samsung. The Galaxy Fold will officially launch on April 26th, and we're looking forward to getting our hands on Samsung's $1,980 foldable phone for ourselves and seeing how it performs in real life.
