Appaling Signal Problems and Diabolical Customer Service.

Posted on: May 20th, 2014 by Anonymous

If you value your money and time stay away from TMOBILE. There is barely any signal from them these days, you often can't make calls or send texts for the last couple of months, when you complain to their customer service team they do nothing to solve the problem, they promise to call you back but never do. You basically pay your monthly subscription for barely any service. They may have been a good company once, and I agree they were, but that is long gone it seems, and there is no sign they want to improve. If in any doubt on what i've said please PLEASE READ THEIR OWN FACEBOOK PAGE, which their own website points to for people to contact them with issues https://www.facebook.com/tmobileuk you will think you are reading a comedy sketch. Person after person after person after person is contacting them with the same issues as I have described above and yet they are doing nothing to solve these issues. Completely inept service, they come across like they have contempt for their customers, loyalty counts for nothing with them either. I'm really at a loss as to how a company that has been going so long can become this. It is unbelievable. AGAIN, CHECK OUT THE COMMENTS SECTION OF THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE! YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE WHAT YOU ARE READING. (scroll down right hand side and click SEE ALL to read the litany of concerns and complaints https://www.facebook.com/tmobileuk which they apparently could not care less about if their lack of response is anything to go by.

t-mobile is the biggest legal scam of all times

Posted on: May 14th, 2014 by Bruno Ferreira

I've being with t-mobile for just over an year and cannot wait to finish my contract to never hear about it EVER AGAIN. they being charging me since the first day with unlimited internet but I cannot use it NEVER. I work in central london and Never have signal wherever I go. after contacting the total useless and even ridiculois ostumer service they told me that nothing can be done about it but still they charge for it. t-mobile with the millions of bad reviwes and unhappy costumers will be closing doors for good and I will celebrate that day. NEVER CHARGE FOR A SERVICE THAT YOU CANNOT PROVIDE. T-mobile should be ashamed of the robberys they being doing to people every day. MISERABLE COMPANY thats all I have to say. being advising everyone I can think of using social media to NOT TO DO IT WITH T-MOBILE.

What happened T-Mobile?

Posted on: May 13th, 2014 by Anonymous

I was a customer over a decade ago. Everything was great until I tried to upgrade my data service from blackberry to Android. Because they said I needed to restart my plan and not be grandfathered in with my awesome existing plan, I left and went to Verizon. Verizon then proceeded to do something similar years down the line. I tried to upgrade my phone at the end of my contract but they would not let me grandfather in my unlimited data plan. T Mobile seemed to be on the up and up so I switched back to them. The first few months were actually great. I got the new Samsung Galaxy s4 and everything was fine once again. But as soon as they rolled out the Android 4.3 update, I started to have wifi issues. Wifi would drop out all the time. They knew it was a problem and we were told that there would be a fixed with the 4.4.2 update. Once the update was rolled out, my phone was was even worse. I was having data issues, connectivity issues, dropping calls, dropping calls over wifi. I ran around with technical services troubleshooting everything under the Sun. I'm a technically minded guy so I know my way around these things already. They tried to give me a refurbished phone as a last ditch solution. The refurbished phone I got though, was broken. I could not hear anything from the other end, and they could not hear me. I returned that phone and was sent another one. The next phone had a problem with the ear piece. It would break up so that I could not hear anyone on the other end; just popping and crackling. To say nothing of the fact that both of the referbished units have the same problem as my original phone. The only thing the T Mobile representative told me that I could do was to use my jump plan and try to get a new phone. Unfortunately none of the phones tmobile offered were to my liking. I reluctantly jumped to the HTC One m8.now I come to find I am in the possession of a brand new phone that has dropping calls, dropping wifi calls, and inconsistent data connections. I was worried that the problems were actually systemic or network related. The representatives insist that the network was fine. This was also confirmed because I did not have service while sitting outside next to someone else with a tmobile phone who did. HTC has no knowledge of these connection issues, but they are fully aware of the wifi calling issue because they are android related. Google is scheduled to try to roll out an update sometime this year to fix those issues, until then there is no value add to calling over wifi with T Mobile. this is unfortunate for a lot of reasons. T Mobile uses a lot of high frequency transmitter. In the RF / microwave world high frequency transmissions have more difficulty traveling long distances and penetrating barriers such as buildings. T Mobile of course will not tell you these things because it doesn't make them look very good. They know very well that this is not doing any good for their image. I believe they are trying to negotiate with Verizon to get some of their low frequency transmitters to help alleviate this issue. until then, T Mobile will continue to struggle with coverage and quality. The only thing they have going for them now is call quality...That is when it doesn't drop your call. I believe there is a good company here. They need to really step up to compete though. I want to give them my support, though I guess it would be great if they could cut me a little slack for sticking around. May be paying off my phone. If I get a working one that is.

T mobile customer survice is really bad

Posted on: May 10th, 2014 by Eugenia B

I just tried to switch to T-mobile from Platinumel tel. I simply could not do it. I had to call them. They kept transferring me to different departments. I got different answers to the same questions about plans etc. Some representatives had really bad connection so I couldn't hear them. After 90 min (!) being on a phone, I came to a conclusion that my Platinum tel is not that bad and decided to stay with it :) Good luck T-mobile. I am not gonna go for your service.

They make so many mistakes.

Posted on: May 10th, 2014 by Paul Gunderson

The have made mistake after mistake and to fix those mistakes give me credits. Now they don't want to do this and say I am wrong for getting those credits . now I can only communicate in writing. If I call for help they will terminate my line.

T mobile the worst of all.

Posted on: May 8th, 2014 by Tierra Swanigan

I hate this service, the customer service is the worst they dnt keep there word. T mobile lies to you about there service, there plans, there service in customer is the worst. I paid so much money to this company that it makes me sick to think about. I would go to Verizon n pay 300 a month just to get better service, n customer service rep u tell the truth. At t mobile they tell there customer what we mean to them with lie, bad service, n high bills.

Horrible Reception

Posted on: May 6th, 2014 by Barry Pro Syska

Tmobile's reception is the worst I have experienced. I agree with other reviews about deception. Tmobile shows on their map a green high reception level in my area, and the opposite is true. On average 80-90% of my calls are dropped daily. Sometimes I will experience being dropped a half a dozen times on one call. I would not recommend their service to anyone.

SCAM IN PRICING

Posted on: May 3rd, 2014 by Abraham David Lacy

My bill changes too many times and the customer service, which use to be good, sucks. They treat you great when you are seeking a plan but after you are a member, they treat you will such disrespect both in-store and over the phone. I cannot wait until my plan is over this upcoming June. Stay away from Tmobile if you value your money and time or at least until they get their act together.
