Remember that Lava Red OnePlus 5T that launched in China last year? Tomorrow it's going to become available in even more countries.
The Lava Red OnePlus 5T is coming to North America and Europe. It'll be available tomorrow, February 6, at 10:00 am ET/CET/GMT/HKT/EET. OnePlus says that this is a limited edition model, so if you're interested in one, you'll want to try and snag it as quickly as possible.
Pricing for this special OnePlus 5T $559/CA$729/€559/£499, which is the same price as the standard 8GB/128GB OnePlus 5T. OnePlus also says that if you order by February 9, you'll get free priority shipping.
The Lava Red OnePlus 5T is similar to the standard OnePlus 5T when it comes to specs. It's packing a 5.01-inch 2160x1080 display with 18:9 aspect ratio, dual rear camera setup with 16MP standard camera and 20MP telephoto camera, 16MP front camera, and a Snapdragon 835 processor. It comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and is powered by a 3,300mAh battery.
The big difference here is the color. The Lava Red covers the entire back of the device and wraps around the sides, painting the volume and lock buttons red, too. OnePlus says that it used an AF layer to the Lava Red body of the phone to "enhance the luster of the color, while limited the noticeability of fingerprints on the metal."
